    According to the information in the French media this morning, Roanne will be missing Young, Grant, Jackson and even Yabusele, four very important players in their team, and this goes double for Young. The fact Roanne lost five of the six matches he missed proves how important he is for the game of this former 1st league team. A replacement was brought in, Tchicamboud, but he can only start next round, so coach Brouillaud will once again have a rather decimated roster against Boulazac. In that shape they lost their last three matches rather decisively, while Boulazac are better than both Nantes, who beat Roanne by 28, and Charleville, who won here by +30. The third was against Antibes at home (-19). Apart from the fact they're a better team, the away squad are also in better form, winning 8 of their last 10 matches. They're not doing so great in away matches, but should be able to deal with this Roanne rather easily. If Charleville could beat Roanne +30, Boulazac should at least cover this handicap. I played counter Roanne two rounds ago when they hosted Charleville, and one can still take advantage of the injuries on their roster. Details

    I'd say these two teams in different form ahead of this meeting, While Nantes seem to be getting better, Ajaccio are getting worse and momentum is normally quite important in France. Nantes tied two very good performances, won the away match with Saint Nazaire and restored hope of staying in the league. Ajaccio are struggling, they lost 3 out of the last 4 games, with their only win being over Tourcing in 5 sets. Nantes crushed Tourcing in straight sets despite being at the lowest level. The tradition plays an important role as well - Ajaccio never beat Nantes away. They managed to get two sets once, with the other three matches ending as wins for Nantes (in handicap). I think it's important that Demar gave Hadrava a proper chance, what with Perez being ut of shape. They restored the confidence and even in Ajaccio manage to end the losing streak in Nantes, I don't think it would be in three or four sets. Details

    I cannot agree with Trieste being this much favored in this match. I see this as an even battle, which could be decided by one possession. If we take a look at the quality of the teams rosters on a player by player basis, I could even find more arguments in favor of Trapani than Trieste. The statistics themselves cover this bet. Trieste covered this margin at home only against the horrible away playing Barcellona (+6), Biella (+9 but in extra time), and poor Veroli (+19). Against Assigeco (+5) and Agrigento (+5) they were on the very border, and they lost to all better teams. Trapani are definitely among those better teams, though they might not have shown it all the time so far. However, the only away matches they lost by over 4 points were against Assigeco and mighty Verona. They see this as a key game as well, having lost the first at home to Trieste by 10 they now know where they made mistakes and are defensively strong enough to stop Tonuto and Holloway, two main offensive powers of Trieste.     Regardless of the fact these are the two defensively weakest teams in the league, I find this margin to be too high. Many factors speak in favor of this. In first place, the match is hugely important as the defeated team here has a 90% chance of getting relegated. Statistics also suggest Bourg play games at 157.7 points and have 14 unders and only 5 overs at this margin, while Boulogne average 162.8 with 12 unders and seven overs. Furthermore, all five previous matches these teams played in the past three seasons stayed under 160 points, including the one a month and a half ago at Boulogne. Under those circumstances, I doubt we'll be seeing elegance, more like a very nervous game with both teams fighting for survival. Bourg brought in Tissot as a new coach a few weeks ago, who immediately put a focus on defense. After an unsuccessful debut against Orleans, where the opponents made 17 three point shots, his style was noticeable against Chalon. Castano on the other hand wants his players to react after poor defending against Paris, and I expect them to be much more tougher today. They've already proven they can play well on defense, and will be facing an offensively rather limited team, who managed to score above 80 points only 4 times this season. This is a crucial game for both sides, a matter of life and death, and as such I find it hard to believe it will go above 160 points. Details

    I really don't understand how the bookmakers decided on this margin, so I believe there is a lot of space in it. The last six matches ended at 199, 184, 210, 211, 219 and 214, meaning the margin is unrealistic even statistically. Today's match is very important for both teams, as Toulouse dropped to fourth after losing to Lyon yesterday, and could go even lower should they fail to win here, while Sete are only four points ahead of 9th Chaumont and will definitely put up a fight. There are no secrets between the teams, they know each other well, and I doubt we'll see a one-sided match. It appears the home team will once again be missing their captain Zagonel, meaning Enard will not have the option to rotate if something goes south, which supports the bet. All things considered, the margin here does not seem right, the average of points over the last six games is 206, and this simply must be played as it can go through even in four sets. Details

    Metz's Champions League second stage first meeting in Viborg finished at 53 goals with the home team bringing the pace down as much as possible because of their great injury struggles. Savenhof played Baia Mare, a team known for defense-oriented approach and tendency to avoid fast-paced games, to finish the game at 54 goals. That is probably what resulted in this margin, which I think is off. Both Metz and Savenhof prefer faster ace and both coaches talked about offense-oriented game (as per usual) ahead of this game. These two teams met last season to play a very close match that finished at 62 goals and the second leg in Metz that was not important anymore finished at 50 goals, first and foremost because Savenhof held back as they had a national league game ahead. This is a very important match and both teams will do their best. I thus expect a match to end closer to 60 goals, especially with Metz playing even faster-paced game since Roussel took over. Details

    Brisbane should be able to win this in normal conditions, but the odds have already plummeted, which is why I'd rather go with an under because home team will be completely focused on defense and I don't trust the offense much without Henrique and Kaluđerovic.
    Brisbane beat the Jets in November but Henrique did brilliantly to score a hat-trick back then. The 3-2 against Phoenix is not to significant for this game either. Out of the remaining 13 official matches of the season, 11 ended under 1.5. They scored only 2 goals in the previous 6 h2h games with the Jaets, while five out of six ended under 2.5. Details
