A duel between the team with the second best offense of the Danish championship, Tvis Holstebro, and a squad with the two leading scorers in regular season, Silkeborg, naturally imposes the expectation of an offense dominated game. These two teams already met just two weeks ago in the last round of the championship, but that match cannot be a benchmark as Holstebro played that match to lose and then meet Silkeborg in the quarterfinal again. Holstebro coach said they played at half strength in that match, and that they'll pick up the pace and play aggressively in the quarterfinal, with lots of running. I'm not quite sure if I understand the margin for this game. The leading team of the ACB league are coming to face Fener and the Turks are favored by 10 points? As if Plaza already surrendered and will march out kids, which is nonsense to anyone familiar with the man. Unicaja lost only TWO of their 48 official games this season by over 10 points. One was the home match against CSKA last week, where they were without four important guards, and the other +10 match was away against CSKA in Moscow. Nobody in Europe beat them by this margin except the Russians. Compared to last week they have Granger, Toolson and Stefansson back, and demolished Canarias away in that setup, which is always a tough away match. They're coming here with no pressure, which always makes them dangerous. I'm familiar with this team and sure they'll give Fenerbahce a hard time. The Turks are having a great streak, having won 8 in a row in the Top 16, which is probably the reason for this handicap. However, Unicaja are not the same as unstable Milan, against whom Fener were behind by 3 at halftime, and won +21 in the end. The situation here is similar to the one a few days ago when I bet on Colorado against Arizona away. Colorado are struggling to stay in the race for playoffs and that will be very difficult if they record third consecutive defeat. But, both previous defeats were close and they played tough teams and fought well. Calgray are playoff material and the other opponents Anaheim very powerful, which didn't stop Colorado from getting a point. The Oilers have two defeats lately, but against the horrible Colorado and the mediocre Philadelphia, whom them beat on account on amazing efficiency that day. They lost to the Jets last round when the Jets were motivated as much as Colorado are today. The defeat is not the worst thing that happened since team captain and key defenseman Ference and important defensive center Gordon got injured. That will leave a trace on their defensive performance, which is the worst one in the league anyway. I expect Colorado to score a few times because the absences will make Edmonton's defense much worse.
