    If this game had been played a month or two ago, I would agree with the odds and favoring Valencia. The situation is much different today. Firstly, Valencia have dropped in form, they are struggling with injuries, Sikma and Van Rossom, starting players, are out, Dubljevic and Hamilton have minor injuries so that's not good either, and Peterson whom they acquired, is still adjusting. A few weeks ago, these two teams played a game like the one I expect today. Tough defense, great fight, and all of that suit Unicaja who easily won back then. The team from Malaga won 10 of the last 12 games, all of their players have recovered, so they again have Markovic and Smith in the starting five, with them they get defense and organization, Nedovic has revitalized, Kuzminkas as good as always, and Cooley fit in great in the paint. Unicaja have the strength and quality with which they can threaten Valencia in this game. The last reason is the most important one, Valencia lost all important games this season (Eurocup, Cup of the King, finish of the regular season). That cannot be a coincidence and Pedro Martinez' team will feel that pressure today. Even though I see Unicaja as the winners today, and as the winners of the series, I will decide on the safer option with the handicap which, in my opinion, is worth high stake. Details

    The only reason the bookmakers set this big handicap that I can 'swallow' is the Spanish Cup game between these two opponents. Looking at the 8-0 result, this handicap seems normal, but looking at other results, and the fact that Palma were the last ones to defeat Inter in an 'important' game (Cup of the King quarter-final), we come to an excellent chance and a great pick. I really think that this handicap is missed and it can happen only if Palma start attacking furiously at the goalkeeper-player. But that will not happen. Palma are too serious of a team to allow themselves to fall apart like they did in the mentioned 8-0 defeat. Six goals were scored in the period of 8 minutes, and that will not happen in a play-off game. If they know something (and they know and have the quality do a lot), Palma's players know to defend, and that's what they will be doing well today. Against Ribera Navarra, coach Juanito's team have come to being only one goal behind after they played horribly in the first half and were down by 3, and only a miracle saved the orange team from overtime. Ribera are not Inter, but one thing is certain, Inter will not have an easy job at Jorge Garbajosa arena. Details

    We have a lot of interesting information from which we can get a good bet. The best option to me seems to be Canaria under 40 in the first half... This will be their third head-to-head this season, the first one here was at 77-67 with 38-36 at halftime. The second at the Canaries 93-90 for the home team with 48-41 for Laboral at halftime. But you can ignore the second one because it came right after Kutxa earned a big Euroleague win over Barca and advanced through the most difficult group in the history of Euroleague. Then they flew to the Canaries, and because of the daylight savings time, that game was played at 10.30 in the morning and has no relevance for today's game. Kutxa played 17 home games in the ACB league and they limited their rivals under 40.5 11 times. In the six they went over their opponents were Joventut, Tenerife, Estudiantes, Andorra, Sevilla and Obradoiro. So no one from the Top 8 that will play in the play-off. These are the teams against which Laboral scored around 100 so that loses significance as well. While for example Granca 36, Barca 32, Real 40, Valencia 35, Unicaja 38, Fuenlabrada 34 and Murci 36 tell us that none of the teams that will be in the play-off have gone over. Then we can make a comparison with the Euroleague. In the 14 home games, Kutxa conceded over 40 in an irrelevant game against Real, 46 against Khimki and in their only home defeat in the Top 16 against Olympiacos (43). So 3 out of 14. Perasovic's defense has been known as one of the most difficult to play against for years, with a lot of contact, on the verge of foul, with a lot of aggression. Causer's absence is a minus, while Sengelija's return is a bonus. Blazic's apparent absence is a minus, but Roll is not that bad in defense, he played for Zaragoza when they were led by late Luis Aboso and were a top defensive team. Gran Canaria are offensively oriented under Reneses, but that doesn't mean as much when you are playing a best of three series and when you are playing at Kutxa. Laboral have everything they need to defensively control the away team, and since defeat will get them on the verge of elimination, then there is no reason to doubt that Kutxa will give a great performance.     Either way you look at it, this is the game of the season for both teams. They are fighting for Europe, and that alone makes the stakes pretty high. Let's sum up the teams a little. If we don't count Celje and Velenje who will not be in the regular part of the season next year because of the SEHA league, then we come to the information that two of the best defenses in the division are facing each other today. Maribor are currently at 52.57 goals per game, while Koper are at 54.88. Those that set the margins were led by that. But when we look at their head-to-heads we can see that, of their three games this season, only one went over this margin, and by one goal. The other two were well under. If we look at the form of the teams, we can see that Maribor are struggling in offense. That is especially obvious in the last part of the season. Koper have shown against Loka that they can play great defense when they are facing equal opponents. Maribor are al-pari with them, especially in this condition. A bonus for the bet is the fact that the Violas play very slow, and some of their players are questionable for this game. Every goal will be worth double here, and we can expect a real battle, and Maribor's captain, Spelic, announced something similar. With all time, because of the high stake of the game, and because of the playing style of the teams, it is hard to believe that there will be a lot of goals in Tabor today. Details

    This is the first semi-final leg at the final tournament of the Serbia Cup for the players which is being played today and tomorrow. Radnicki Kragujevac are the huge favorites for the finals in which they're after the trophy. After losing the title, that would be some kind of a compensation for this season. During this season Radnicki beat Medicinar in the regular part of the season. At the start of the first round it was 32-16, and at the start of 2016 it was 28-35. The difference between those two matches is that Medicinar's "brain" of the offense didn't play in the first match. Medicinar ended the season at the sixth place, and their position in this final tournament is beyond all of their expectations. Today they'll play with no pressure. Radnicki have the width, and rotations can be expected. The offered margin for a total number of goals has been pulled out of their two results from the championship and it doesn't suit the given moment which is closer to 60 goals. Details
