The Warriors going for their seventh straight win

Cleveland, Oklahoma and Houston are the last teams the Warriors defeated, so it is clear that Orlando have to play a perfect game today if they want to jeopardize Durant and his team

Orlando managed to end their three game losing run and record a valuable win over direct rivals for the play-off. They hosted the Milwaukee Bucks and won 112-96 and they now have three wins less than the 8th placed Bulls. 

Veteran Jeff Green said that they have to play as if the ground is on fire, and his teammates did just that. 

- We had more passion, we communicated on both ends of the court and we were on the same wavelength the entire game. When that happens we have a chance to be one of the best defensive teams in the league - said Green who finished the game at 18 points. 

They limited the Bucks to 41% of the shots while their offense was efficient even though they were without two of their best scorers. They shot 46% from the floor and made 25 assists in the end. 

- When the result is not there, then we have to work harder. We were focused tonight and I hope we can continue the same way - said coach Frank Vogel. 

With Fournier and Meeks out, other players had to give more, and they did. They were led by Payton with 20 points, while Gordon recorded 17 points and 8 rebounds. Ibaka and Vicevic scored 13 points each, as well as Biyombo who helped from the bench. 

They will need contribution from all players today, because the game against the Warriors is a big challenge. Last year's finalists are on a six game winning run and lost only one of the last 10 games. They started their current road trip at the Rockets and won 125-108 and showed they are the best team in the league for a reason. 

Even though they were in the lead by 14 at one point, they were in the lead only by 5 at halftime. But in the second half they recorded a big 20 point lead and they kept it in the last quarter. 

They knew that the biggest danger were Houston's three pointers and they defended that segment great, they limited the Rockets to only 7 out of 35 three pointers. They limited Harden to 0/5, and Gordon, as the player who scored the most three pointers this season, was limited to 0/7. 

- We played really good defense. They missed some open shots, but that is because we didn't let them get in the rhythm. We made most of their shots more difficult - said Durant who was his team's best scorer with 32 points. 

Curry recorded 24 points with 5 three pointers, and made 7 assists, while Thompson scored 16 points. Green once again contributed in various ways, and recorded 15 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. Pachulia was also in double digits with 10 points and 9 rebounds. 

The Warriors scored 15/38 three pointers and made things more difficult for Houston's defense, and they are hoping for the similar tonight against a team they better than by at least few levels. They haven't faced each other this season, but the fact is that they haven't lost away to teams from the East who are not the Cavs, and it is obvious what is expected from them tonight.
