I think this is pretty straight-forward. Spain are going full speed. They beat Montenegro by 39, the Czech Republic by 37 and I don't think Romania will so any better than that. The total handicap (-35,5) seems okay. Romania lost to the Czechs by 15 and the Czechs were down by 33 by half time against Spain. Romania mostly lost easily their last five test games (Latvia 68-98, Lithuania 64-97, Ukraine 57-91, Greece 48-106). First half handicap is an option too but total handicap is slightly better because of the choice of players Spain have.
Romanians have players who are in the domestic league and have never even seen the Spanish stars face to face. That is why they will have lots of respect for the opponents. I would not be surprised if they fall apart completely.
