The Bulgarian is on a 6-match losing run, while Fratangelo managed to reach his third Grand Slam main draw this season

Dimitrov is in a lot of trouble. Ever since 2014, he has not been playing at a usual level. It's difficult to even list all of the disappointing results both on and off the court. He reached two finals this season but is still well outside of Top 30. His form and the impression is far from top level. At this moment, the Bulgarian is on a 6-match losing run. 

- I lost confidence and faith in myself. It's not easy to make a comeback after such matches. I've done that in the past. I won close matches but now I don't anymore. I lost confidence but things are different now - Dimitrov said. 

It's really difficult to say what can be expected from him on grass court. He likes grass court and has Wimbledon semifinals but things aren't about the surface, racket or such things anymore. It's all about form and confidence. He has neither of those and doesn't seem to be anywhere near finding them. The defeats to Del Potro and Tipsarevic only confirmed his big crisis. Defending the third round from last season seems like a big challenge for the Bulgarian now. 

Fratangelo was in Top 100 at one point, but not for a long time. Still, he is making progress. This season, he managed to reach AO main draw through qualifiers and then stunned Querrey at Roland Garros. Third Grand Slam main draw this season is definitely a big deal for Bjorn. 

He has chosen to play challengers before Wimbledon and has reached Surbiton semifinals. When ot comes to Wimbledon qualifiers, he has three wins as a favorite but has also dropped two sets. Still, main draw is an improvement for him since he lost in second qualifying round last season. 

Grigor is the favorite here but that is often a big problem for him, given his rhythm.
