I don't understand why the bookmakers are favoring under this much. With players such as Belhanda and El Arabi, Morocco have the quality to riddle Qatar's net with holes, and strong motive too (bringing back the fans), and on the other hand they're missing Benatia, main defense man, and goalie Fegrouche, who is expected to take on as first goalie.
The away team will be forced to defend, but have Soria as a forward who can score against anyone, and should not be dismissed. The 'Qatar scores' is also a nice paying bet, but over is definitely worth playing.
