Even though the first games are unpredictable, for me the scenario of this game is crystal clear. Nigeria are a well organized team, whose players play in the strongest European leagues (Spain, Italy) and who have an NBA player. Udoh will be on the outside position, and he had a good career in the NBA ahead of him but he was stopped by an injury. I watched several of their preparation games and he is playing really well. Besides that, Nigeria have a huge advantage in the paint where they are on average much taller than the Central African Republic's players, and where Aminu and others will easily come under the basket and earn fouls. It is no accident that the Central African Republic finished 13th at the last Championship, it is a reflection of their quality. They were invited to this competition, and I don't expect them to achieve anything. Nigeria, on the other hand, want redemption after their blunder at the last Championship, they have the most talented team ever and I am convinced they will win. Besides, two years ago they won by 27 points, and Nigeria are even better now.
