We have a similar story to the one with Spain and Taiwan from this morning. Turkey have never played a team from the Far East in their history, which is a big problem. That kind of a fanatic defense is not something you can learn to deal with just by watching a video. The Turks finished the first tournament with three wins but B/C Slovakia team, the unmotivated Portuguese and the Dutch who are rebuilding the team aren't the kind of opponents that could impress me. Japan went to Cairo with an identical team which played the first tournament, with Shimizu, Yoneyam, Yanagid and I don't think they're the underdogs against the average Turkey. Granted, Turkey are physically more powerful but the Japanese have more experince against these kind of teams. Turkey have never been faced with this kind of a game style. The odds we have at 1,5 handicap here should be the odds at Japan's win.
