This is the second friendly game between these two teams in two days. There were quite a few questions regarding the Turkish lineup against Georia. They often play with 'strange' teams and that is why their results are so different from one another. They did brilliantly yesterday, Georgia (who play exclusively with players from their domestic league) controlled the entire game but the Turks were very motivated and didn't allow a lot of attempts. They were organized in defense while finishing the offensive attempts patiently, not allowing Georgia a lot of counterattacks. It's no wonder that the game finished with just one goal scored. Georgia won but the game was tough, nervous and with a lot of yellow cards. The Turkish goal keeper turned out to be brilliant. I expect something similar today. Both teams are preparing for a very important qualifiers for the EC in Slovenia and the result from these games is clearly important. The Turks will host the group (Russia, Slovakia and France also in that group). Georgia will face Italy, the Netherlands and Belarus. The Turks most likely chose Georgia because they are similar to Belarus. I don't see this with more than 4 goals.
