Lopez doesn't like the conditions in Indian Wells but his service can be very efficient here. The rallies are more difficult since his shots don't have the same effect on this surface. Cuevas is not a player for this surface, but what ever is not agreeing with the Spaniard, is agreeing with him. They both made comebacks in the last matches to confirm they never give up. Not counting Grand Slam and Davis Cup matches, Cuevas went over 22 games in 12 matches (one ended in retiring). I expect a great fight and no favorite here. They could go over the margin in straight sets because they can both be dominant in their service games but I wouldn't be surprised if this ends in three sets. There's a lot of reason to believe in that.
