Even though some bookmakers offered Friedsam's win with higher odds earlier today, it wasn't easy to catch them. I still think there's good value to the odds offered. Siniakova played six tough matches in straight sets in two weeks in France. She didn't win either of them convincingly, but the final results show she didn't give up on her game. She had to run a lot against Parmentier yesterday, over two hours. That definitely left trace, because her game is based on firm approach. Those are only two of the reasons why I trust Friedsam today. Parmentier showed all of Siniakova's weaknesses, but couldn't turn that to success. I'm convinced Friedsam can do it. She showed that losing her focus against Paszek in the first round was a coincidence, not a rule. The court suits her, her serve is doing great, and also the game after that. Too many things are going for Friedsam here, and the handicap's been set quite low, and can be done in three sets. Even though I'm convinced Friedsam will solve this in straight sets.
