Beuchler: We achieved the necessary performance

Hannover arrive after 38 conceded goals against Löwen and a home loss with 12 goals difference. The coach Nordmeyer talked about the poor offense after the match

According to many parameters this could be a very interesting and equal match. Lübbecke won the last two matches away with 32 goals against Eisenach and 33 against Gummersbach while in the last two home matches they lost against Flensburg and Balingen. Hannover arrive after a major loss in front of their fans against Löwen and last season they also had a major loss in this arena (36-28).

 - I am satisfied with the last three matches. We found the necessary performance. There is a difficult match ahead of us and we want to win it - said the coach Dirk Beuchler who is surely happy with the fact that the key team player Drago Vukovic was back in the win against Eisenach.

The Croatian middle back had a minor surgery and he came back with two goals. Lübbecke was lead by the wing Wilke with 7 goals (2/2 penalty shots), the right back Jens Schöngarth added 6, as well as the pivot Frank Loke (in the photo).

 - In my opinion, Hannover have the most stable goalkeeper duo which was a guarantee for success last season. On every position they have a duo and their back line is especially good and dangerous. All in all, we are in for a fight against a very good team - coach Beuchler analysed his opponents. He can count on the compete squad, there are no injured or ill players.

The match is especially impatiently awaited by the goalkeeper of Malta Semisch who went from Hannover to Lübbecke during the summer.

 - This match is the only thing in my head since Sunday.

In the mentioned win last season, a match of high pace, Blazicko saved 17 shots, Arne Niemeyer scored 9 goals and 6 goals were added by Vukovic and Kristian Svensson so the back line was the key to their success. All of the mentioned players, apart from Svensson, are still in the rotation of Lübbecke who are, compared to that match, reinforced by Pajovic.

Hannover is weaker than then as they don't have Morten Olsen anymore but they are highly motivated after -12 at home against Löwen.

 - We played poorly in the offense, when we did make a chance we did not use it - was the interesting statement of coach Nordmeyer, who talked about the offense despite 38 conceded goals.

Hannover had to play without the first right wing Torge Johannsen because of a knee injury and he will be absent today as well. Same goes for the young back Frederic Repke who will be missing for at least six weeks because of hip surgery. Repke is not such an important player and instead of Johannsen, Nordmeyer used Hendrik Pollex and Timo Kastening.

 - His absence is a serious blow for us, he was a good consistent player on the right side - said the coach of Hannover.

Pollex scored three goals against Löwen which was the combined score of the crucial players Sevaljevic and Mocsai. Patrail was leading with 6, but Nordmeyer will need a lot more from his standard backs.

Last season they achieved scores of 37-31 and 36-28. In both cases the hosts were victorious. I'm pointing out last season's matches because Lübbecke have basically the same line-up, while Hannover changed it only a bit. They've kept the same coach and the same game philosophy. Lübbecke have shown great offensive periods in last meetings, although their defense is not as strong as coach Beuchler would like it to be, and Hannover are offensively very powerful.
