Both Strasbourg and Chalon are teams with great offense, but I doubt today will be are rerun of the first two games. The fact this is played in Strasbourg is very important, Chalon will find it hard to impose the running style they want, and I doubt it is in Strasbourg's interest to play that way. After Greer left Collet has nine players he can count on, and as the preview said many of them, including the very important ones, are past their basketball prime. This is their third game in less than a 100 hours, and it could not be more important. The first two ended with 175 and 172 points scored, which gave us an almost 10 points higher margin than the one prior to the first bout. However, while this margin might have been justified prior to the series' start, it's definitely not at it's end. Apart from that, the first games brought us very good shooting by both teams (over 50%), especially in the first game, where both teams scored 11 three pointers. The rhythm was not as fast, but Strasbourg made 58% of their shots, and I doubt that will happen again. The home team keep talking about defense, rhythm control, aware that those are the segments where they lost the second game. Statistically speaking, Strasbourg ended the league games at 152.1 points (151.4 at home), Chalon at 159.5 (161.9 in away games). I think this game is at 160 points or less, fatigue will also play an important role in a schedule as full as this one.
