St. Gallen played very well in September and October, staying undefeated for a long while, but their form dropped a bit in November, especially on the defensive end, proven by the fact they conceded six goals in their last two games. The Young Boys on the other hand managed to improve in the same period, and have tied three consecutive victories, with all signs pointing towards this being fourth. The only argument to the contrary is the possible fatigue from the Bratislava match, but even the opposing coach is disregarding that, meaning the tipster can too.
The reason I see this as nice bet to play is that the home team to win pays double, a fact caused exclusively by the past performance of St Gallen and the fact they're still ahead of YB in the ranking ladder, a situation which should soon change. Were this a first round game the realistic odds would be 1.75-1.80, but with the current shape both teams are in, it would be a shame to miss this offer, as there is definitely value here.
