The margin for Taiwain is set at 7.5 for the third consecutive match. Being the underdog, they first managed to beat Japan and get through to the next round, but the game with Korea followed, showing us what their quality really is like. They scored only 14 goals and lost by 13 in that game. Today, their opponent would be at least at the same level quality-wise. It's the Asian runnner up Bahrain. They beat Saudi Arabia by 6 goals and Arabia is much better than Taiwan. But the margin is set at 7.5 regardless. I really can't understand that, especially taking into consideration both teams' last round games. The fact Taiwan managed to beat Japan is more a reflection of their bad quality than of Taiwain's good quality. Taiwan have no participated in any of the significant championships for years. Besides, this is round two and both teams have to start from scratch, which will make Bahrain very motivated. They should win this match by ten or more points, and the only reason I won't try with a unit higher stakes is the fact they're playing Qatar tomorrow. However, they need one good-quality half to get over this margin. I don't think Taiwan have the quality or the strength to keep the pace up for the entire game.
