Opting on overs in the important Greek league games is not the best of ideas, but this margin is completely off. Statistically, it makes sense since Rethymno averaged 140.0 points the first seven with 3 overs (4 if we include the overtime with PAOK), while Apollon averaged 138.7 with two overs. But, the stats are greatly misleading here. Most of Greek teams rely on tough defense and games against such teams bring the averages down significantly. Rethymno finished under with Dramas, Panionios, Olympiacos - all very tough defenses. Apollon were under this margin in all the away games (Olympiacos, Kfisi, Aris and AEK, who are among the best defenses in the league). When playing faster-paced teams home, they would finish well over this margin (Panelefskinakos 173, Trikala 153). Rethymno are the fastest team in the league, with a very good transitions which means they will have good rhythm today. The eight Americans have great offense potential, and both teams have other good solutions. Last season, these two teams ended at 155 and 164 points and I expect this one to end over 150 as well. The margin is off by at least 6-7 points and this bet has great value. The margin is widely available.
