The margin for the handicap is growing as expected, but I'm not sure we'll see anyone crushed here. Zenit got exhausted lately, since Siberia when they played without half their team, and especially mentally in France this week, when they fulfilled a great goal. Karašev pointed out the break his team will have after this match, 10 free days. This will be Zenit's 11th match in less than 40 days. Avtodor are the fastest team of the league in normal circumstances, but they're not normal here. It seems half the team got the flu, and important players like Peterson, Downs and Fesenko are out. They score over 40 points combined, and have about 20 rebounds, so this away match would be much more difficult without them. There are no official confirmations about their absence, but they were still sick yesterday, so even if they play, it won't look good. If they're out, Avtodor's game depends on Fortson, Chappell and Fesenko, the rest of the rotation are far worse, especially offensively. Looking at just the statistics (in the regular part, no overtime), Zenit have 13 unders and only 2 overs on this margin (one on 175), with one match at exactly 174 points, while Avtodor have 10-3 unders (two at 175), with two matches at exactly 174. The exhausted home team against an offensively powerful guest, but with a dull blade... Besides, the margin is too big for European standard, and a match of 40 minutes, so I think it's at least 5-6 points too high.
