They're in a three-defeats run, and also have injury problems. Their best player, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, got injured. He's the second player of the team and their first with scored goals. The standard defensemen Fayne, Nikitin, and Ference have been out for a while. Edmonton are long written-off when it comes to the playoff, they're at the bottom of the conference, next to Arizona, and they're also one of the weakest teams of the league. They can't be compared to the much better and much more experienced Kings. This match is a to be or not to be for the Kings, the season is coming to a finish, they're not in the playoff zone, and this is a chance they can't afford to miss. Edmonton have nothing in their favor today, the Kings are much more motivated. They beat Edmonton in nine out of the last ten duels, eight of those within this handicap, and with nice big odds like these, I definitely wouldn't miss out on this bet.
