OKC doing good so far without Durantula

Home team are still without their best player so they will be running on Russell Westbrook's drive. The away team are arriving in good rhythm, but they will need a great game today to stop the Thunder

In the last three games, Oklahoma earned three straight wins for the first time this season, but the bad news is that they temporarily lost Kevin Durant. That didn't stop them in the previous game against young 76ers where Russell Westbrook 'handed' them his second straight triple-double for a convincing 102-85 win.

As it often goes with the 76ers, they started the game better again and took a 24-18 lead, but Oklahoma caught up with them in the second quarter and they went into the halftime with 48-43 lead. In the second half they increased their lead by 10 at the start of the final quarter, and after that increased the lead by 22 and calmly finished the game. 

Westbrook finished the game at 21 points, 17 rebounds an 11 assists, which was his 21st triple-double in his career, and third in the last four games with Phil.

Dion Walters added 12 points, Enes Kanter 13 with 8 rebounds, and Morrow as the starter instead of Durant, 12 points. 

After a weaker start of the season, Boston clearly managed to put together their team and they celebrated three times in the last four games. The only defeat they suffered in that period was against Indiana, but they quickly recovered from that by defeating Atlanta at home in the previous round. 

The final result was 106-93, but the fight was evened in the first half and neither one of the teams had a lead bigger than five points in that period. After halftime, things started to change in Boston's favor, they were in the lead by 15 at the start of the final quarter. Atlanta responded with a 12-0 run which got them only three points behind, but Boston closed the game with a 10-0 run. 

- We had to play really great in order to win, but we were a bit worried after the first half, considering the performances. In the second half we found our pace in offense, and with that every other segment improved - Brad Stevens commented.

- We remained homogeneous even though they were on a run. But we didn't panic, which is what younger teams often do - said Thomas who scored 23 points, 17 of which were in the second half, and he added 10 assists to that. 

Marcus Smart returned to the field but he wasn't so successful so he scored only 5 points with 2/10 shots. But Amir Johnson played his best game of the season, he scored 19 points with 8 rebounds and 3 assists. Olynik scored 15, Crowder 13 and Sullinger 10. In the end, all 11 Celtics' players scored. This is the second straight game in which Avery Bradley couldn't play due to injury, and he is questionable for tonight's game as well. 

Oklahoma were better than Boston in the last five games, and often they won more than convincingly.
