Gazprom Ugra won the first game 3-1 but it would not be undeserved even if the opponents won 3-1. It was a real battle and I don't think things changes that much in only two weeks for the Russians to be such favorites. The only advantage for them is the fact they play home now. They will be without receiver Ilynikh, who sustained major injuries in a night club brawl. The other settler Zaytsev is not fully fit either and most likely won't play. The Finns say they will fight until the last breath and won't give up regardless of the result. Their top player Ojansivu failed them two weeks ago and they still played a close game. Ugra will be weakened today and given the result, need only two sets today. I would not be surprised if their coach rested some players when they secure the next round. Also, Gazprom lost a set to Neftyanik and NOVA and Tiikerit didn't come here for a field trip.
