    When one team wins the first leg by 4-0, it's usually risky to go for a convincing win in the second leg due to relaxed attitude and possible decisions to spare some players for the next game. However, there are many elements in this fixture that say that the hosts will not settle for anything here and that they will try to get another convincing win. Grodig are a team that had their top-flight debut in the last season of the Austrian league and they are already going full-speed in all competitions. They have been unstoppable in friendlies and scored 10 goals in last 2 prep games (Burghausen 5-1, Košice 5-0), then crushed a lower-division team Leobendorf in a Cup game by 7-1, then won by 4-0 in Belgrade, and got a 1-1 draw in a tough away game against Austrian Wien. The atmosphere couldn't be better and the players will be very motivated as they have never played in a European competition. On the other hand, Čukarički are still going through the preparations and their team consists mostly of 21-22 year old players and they admit they can't match the Austrians. Their only foreign player, and their most experienced defender at that, Lucas Piasentin, will be missing through suspension, along with their only experienced forward Mirosavljević. The morale of the Serbian team is very low and it's hard to expect anything from them. That's why I expect Grodig to win by at least two goals. Details

    Ventspils put up a great tactical and defensive performance and kept the result at 0-0 with much less problems than was expected. The Swedish team's lackluster performance played its part in that as they are missing their main playmaker Molins. The scenario from the first game should be repeated today as the hosts have no offensive potential to attack and will probably stick to their original recipe and keep things tight at the back, hoping they get something from a counter or after a mistake. The best option for today would be an under as we can't expect this to be a thriller with lots of attacks on both ends, especially if the result stays at 0-0 for a while. An early goal could ruin this but I don't think it would still result in a run'n'gun game as Venstpils would probably park the second bus if they score while they don't have the capacity for an offensive pressure in case that Malmo score. I will go for under three goals, and I also recommend a bit more risky but still a very plausible option of no goals in the first half as this should be just a continuation of the trench war from the first game.     When two teams of similar quality and similarly handicapped and limited attacks meet with the desire of getting a good position for the second leg, it's hard to expect an attractive game and that's the case today. Metalurg have a young and inexperienced team with 7-8 players under the age of 22 but they still managed to keep a clean sheet in the first two legs against Santa Coloma. Željezničar struggled in two games against Lovćen and they barely scored 1 goal. They have no quality nor offensive prowess and it's very likely to expect them to expect to settle this in the second leg.     Siroki Brijeg played a flawless match tactically in Azerbaijan, and defeated Gabala 2-0, while Gabala didn't have one serious hit towards their goal. For a club with ten times the budget of their opponent, and numerous expensive reinforcements lead by coach Munteanu, it was a very disappointing outcome, but the question is, can this team do better in the return fixture? Gabala have better individuals than Siroki Brijeg, but it remains to be seen if they can fix their game and at least get a positive result, if not a complete triumph. This is the kind of a match that often goes either all the way for the winner, or the loser from the first duel show their full potential and get the result. We think the second might happen, more so because Siroki Brijeg will pass through even with a minimal result, and their tactics will be to save what they have and make the match difficult, as the coach Musa announced by saying, " we won't rush". The home team can wait for the counter attacks and the opponent's mistakes, and Gabala have what it takes to threaten much better than seven days ago. The forwards Mendy, Cristea and Dodo, helped by the experienced midfielder Ropotano, are definitely good enough to shine, so the odds set aren't the real ratio of strength of these two clubs, that is, Gabala have more capacity to play at least an even match on Pecara, if not more.
    The Romanian coach Munteanu got very angry when the press asked him if he feels the imperative to win and if he's worried about his job if he loses again, and the info that the Azerbaijans came to BiH on Monday clearly shows they will try to do their best on the pitch. Their quality and motivation aren't questionable, the home team can go through even if they lose by one goal, and we're forced to play on Gabala not being defeated. Details

    Friendly matches are usually tough to predict, but when one team can't count on 15 players, it definitely pays off to bet against them, especially if they play away. That is the case with Serbia today. They came to Austria to play the game only because it was agreed on earlier, but they actually don't feel like it at all. The same happened four days ago when Israel destroyed coach Curcic's team. The two goals in the final minutes only made the disaster less severe. Serbia can't hope for anything better today because Austria will be very motivated to make amends for the defeat in the EC qualifying game against Albania. Austrians will have a very serious approach, as all of them say. Their team is made up of talented players, there's no doubt about it. They recorded 15 wins, 25 draws, and 4 defeats under coach Gregoritsch. Their leader on the coach is Salzburg's midfielder Rober Zulj. the Austrians want to win to get back on the winning tack, while Serbia, influenced by the horrific floods that hit them in the last two weeks, and with only young players, most of them from the Serbian league, won't have it easy today.     The whole season for AZ and Gronigen will come down to two final Europa League playoff games and these teams are so close it's hard to see someone as the favorite. Both are very well organized and disciplined, both are very motivated and both are very confident. Perhaps AZ have a marginal advantage in the first game as they have lost very few points at home and will certainly take a bigger risk in this game while Groningen will try to crowd the midfield.
    So, a low-scoring affair seems like a realistic option as AZ won't rush things even though they will attack, as they are aware how dangerous conceding a goal can be. Advocaat has used these tactics in European games and has rarely conceded more than one goal, while Groningen have improved their defensive level lately and chances for AZ will be hard to come by.
    We get the impression that this will be a battle for every ball and a midfield trench war so the odds which imply a high-scoring affair seem pretty unrealistic. The best option seems to be this under three goals, which means that in case of exactly 3 goals the stake is returned. The braver can go for the classic under 2.5 goals.
    Last 13 games between these two teams have never gone over 3 goals - 4 games saw exactly 3 goals while 9 games saw less, as was the case in last 5 games. When a game is as important as this one, defense takes the center stage. Details

    Southampton and Manchester United will play a match where result only matters for the guests, who can get to the sixth place and the Europe League if they win, if Tottenham lose to Aston Villa. We're under impression that that scenario won't happen, and we won't be guessing who will win this match because Southampton are more than capable of making the unconvincing guests's life difficult, which they'll want with their heart and soul as finishing off the good season. Like in many matches of the last round in all the leagues, the tempting option is to play on a higher number of goals because nobody really calculates much in those situations. In this one, Manchester United definitely have to charge and try to get the full prey, while Southampton probably have enough of the offensive potential to attack, even without Rodriguez and probably Ramirez.
    So, an open match where both sides will have one attack after the other seems like a likely scenario, and if so, there will be goals, like there traditionally are in the matches between these two clubs. True, the first one on the Old Trafford this season ended with 1-1, but the eight previous ones always brought at least three goals total. Manchester United dominated in wins, but not the situation is different, Southampton can win too, and that's why we believe this match will look great and be full of goals, that is, the fans will see at least three goals.     No away team will have an easy time in Groningen, or get an easy win. This is particularly true when they are in great form and playing a cup game where they need every advantage for the rematch, as it is the case here where they will face Vitesse in the semifinal of the playoff to enter the Euroleague.
    The home team won six consecutive wins in the final part of the season, showing their potential to enter European competition is not unrealistic. They are a good team with some great individuals that will probably leave to stronger teams this summer. Chery, Živković and Kostić can tumble any defense, and will be key for an offensive game the home team want, looking for a victory before the rematch,preferably with more than a goal to spare.
    Vitesse were in the lead after 17 rounds, but fell apart in spring and lost a direct route to the Euroleague. The atmosphere was foul after the president of the club said Chelsea decided on things in Vitesse, while coach Bosz could not recognize his players.
    Facing the charging Groninggen is a challenge for them, and we're under the impression Vitesse will suffer a blow they're unlikely to recover from. Vitesse are missing mental strength here, proven best by coach Bosz cancelling the press conference and banning statements by players. This shows panic and distrust of their own abilities, and Groningen should be able to win with the performance they've had lately.
    The odds are more than good, even underestimating the home team, as they already beat Vitesse here earlier this season and got 2-2 in the away match when their opponents were doing much better. Groningen will not let us down here. Those more cautious can play the option of halftime or end of regulation, and those going for dead certain have 1X, soon to be seen in the picks segment. Details

    NEC from Nijmegen are fighting for the life in the first league because they're three points away from the last placed Roda, and they have an away match against Ajax in the last round. Twente aren't an easier opponent, but Twente only need one point to confirm their third place and the European League, while they can't get to the second place because you can hardly expect Feyenoord to make two mistakes.
    So, it seems pragmatic to play on home team being undefeated because they'll invest all their strength to do at least that, and they will be thinking about the win, as well, regardless of the guests being so much better and technically stronger. A big support from the fans is expected, too, and with NEC's big motive, they can match Twente here, maybe even win something. Twente haven't been especially convincing in away matches, and in their last six away matches, they only won against Breda. That doesn't make them as much of a favorite as the bookmakers make them be. Both teams have some first-team players out, but that won't mean much today, not as much as Nijmegen club's features. We're under impression that the home team's desire will be much bigger, they'll run and fight from the first to the last minute because they know, if they lose, they can easily go to the second league. NEC definitely have a lineup for the top level, and we trust them to get at least one point, which they did on Twente's stadium, where nobody else celebrated this season. Details

    With only three rounds to go, Zrinjski from Mostar and Željezničar are in a dead race for the title. Željezničar have an away game in Mostar today but against fifth-placed Velež who have 45 points and no chance of reaching the third spot that would put them in qualifications for the Europa League. Simply put, this game means nothing for Velež while the visitors must not lose a single point if they want to defend the title. Even if the situation wasn't like that, Željezničar would have been the favorite against Velež on account of their quality and anything but a win for them would be a sensation.
    Velež will be without their excellent keeper Oštraković who was on goal in all 27 games and has conceded only 21 goal, the second best efficiency in the league. Their excellent forward Hajdarević is not in competition for the squad, while their defender Kazazić, midfielder Ramović and forward Rašević are doubtful and all of them are standard first-team players that are hard to replace. Željezničar are coming with their best squad, Stanić and Selimović have served their suspension, their captain Svraka is also back the man who scored 6 goals this season. So, even if Velež had the best squad and motivation, it would not be easy going against the visitors. To conclude, Velež have lost last 9 out of 10 head-to-heads and the only draw came last year on this stadium (0-0). I don't think this will be the case today, and I think Željezničar will win this one, by hook or by crook. Details

    A match between Southampton, who have no imperative in terms of results and Everton, in a huge battle for the fourth place and the Champions League spot. It's hard to find a reason why this should be a closed game and a logical tip would be a high number of goals. Southampton have not scored a goal in last two games but it was somewhat unbelieveable considering the chances they missed. Woodwork, miraculous saves, penalties not given - just about everything worked against Pochetino's team who had a run of four games with at least 4 total goals before that. Everton are coming with an open guard and without their best two center-backs Jagielka and Distin. They have gone into an over of 3 or more goals in 6 out of last 8 games and have scored 7 goals in their last 3 away games. Their first game this season also went over (2-1) as did 4 out of last 6 games between these two clubs. Perhaps the absence of Rodriguez for the home team and Mirallas for the away team are an aggravating circumstance but they style is sometimes more important than individuals. There is a good reason to go for both teams to score and 3+ goals, but due to better odds, we will take the second options as both sets of defenses and keepers will be under pressure in this lunch-time game at St. Mary's.     Even if this turns out unsuccessful again, we can't miss on it. The manner in which it turned unsuccessful the last time is simply unbelievable. Rapid missed some truly unbelievable attempts, and as Rapid's coach says, it's payback time. Rapid are a better team in every possible aspect. Grodig are actually not even sure how they got in position 4, and on top of that, eight of their players (every possible position) will miss the game today.
    If the Vienna-based team will truly be as motivated as they say they would, they will set the pace and dominate on the pitch. Hopefully, some of the shots will end up where they're supposed to this time. Rapid's goalkeeper Novota set the record in minutes without conceding - he's currently at 612 minutes an hopes to keep that going. That is another great motivation for the home team, who have not conceded in 6 games.
    Grodig, on the other hand, conceded 20 in the last 8 games, 5 of which were defeats. The season is basically done for them, and Rapid should finally be able to beat this opponent. They are better in every aspect. More cautious among you can try the visiting team winning at half time or at game's end. Details

    Arsenal ruined quite a few opportunists they had by doing badly away. But, all of that is forgotten at crucial times. There are four rounds left, and Arsenal sacred goal now is the fourth position and the Champions League, which is important because if they fail to participate in it, the club will suffer a terrible financial setback. Champions League and Europa League make a huge difference for a club such as Arsenal.
    Everton's slip against Crystal Palace on Wednesday couldn't have been better timed. It made Wenger's team the masters of their own future again, with Ozil recovery being another great gift. Simply put, Arsenal are not even thinking about not winning in Hull. They will try to attack and win. The home team are not good enough in any aspect of the game, their only chance is to defend and hope Jelavic and Long can do something. But that doesn't often work against better quality teams such as Arsenal. Hull have not won a single point this season against the few leading teams and that says enough of their potential.
    Arsenal won easily here against Hull before, their motivation is extremely high, the best players are currently at Wenger's disposal, even if Ozil starts on the bench. Sunderland and Crystal Palace sensational achievements influenced the championship greatly, but Wenger is way too experienced not to learn from the mistakes of others. Arsenal will win for sure at a high stake. Details

    Situation is clear before the duel between AZ Alkmaar and NEC Nijmegen, the home team don't need the win, and the guests would really appreciate getting at least one point. Even if it wasn't the season finals, to bet against the team that played an away match this Thursday in the European competition makes sense, and since AZ's match against Benfica was sixth European this spring, it's only realistic to count on their fatigue and exhaust.
    AZ kissed the European League goodbye on Thursday, and to place themselves in it again, they have to play additional qualifications after this championship, with clubs between the fifth and eighth place. AZ are the seventh at the moment, and theoretically, they need one point to secure the placement within the eight top, but maybe not even that. In three matches till the end, Alkmaar club will definitely won't have to worry about getting that place.
    NEC Nijmegen are in a far more complex situation because in theory they need four points to avoid the last place and direct elimination, but maybe even less, depending on how much the last placed Roda will get in the last two matches. NEC have a tough schedule because they play against AZ, Twente, and Ajax, all the top clubs who you have to struggle against to get one point. This away match might be NEC's best chance because AZ are really tired and a few of their players are questionable.
    Regardless of how the home team play and how motivated they are, Nijmegen guests have the advantage of motivation and a great desire not to lose today, and even though they miss a few important starting eleven players, who ever runs out in Alkmaar today will definitely die on the pitch to get the positive result.
    NEC weren't that bad in away matches this season, won once and had seven ties in 15 matches, a decent effect, and they also have good memories with AZ. They defeated them at home this year, and in Alkmaar last season, and they weren't defeated against them in the last four championship matches. There's plenty of arguments to try the guests not being defeated in Alkmaar, and the odds offered definitely have a value for middle size stakes. Details

    The odds set to the match Breda-Twente really underestimate Breda and overestimate the tired Twente. It's only based on the math assumption that the guests are fighting for the second or third place, and the home team to stay in the league. Also, add to that Breda's negative tradition against Twente in the last year, but that doesn't bear much significance.
    Breda have four points more than Waalwijk, and if they drop down from the place they're holding, they could end up in the relegation zone. They also have a real tough schedule in the last four matches. Besides Twnte, they have to go away to play against Groningen and PSV, both fighting for high places, and play at home against Waalwijk, a match that could easily decide the destiny of both teams.
    Breda's situation is complicated and dangerous, and they won't give Twente points easily today. Breda's stadium is famous for the atmosphere, and coach Gudelj got most of his points in front of their own fans, who'll be a great support to the home team today, as well. Gudelj and players' statements all point out the importance of this match, they really want to win, and already count on getting one point even, it all points to them doing their best on the pitch, from the first to the last minute. Gudelj has to deal with absences, but the guest coach Jansen is in much more trouble, he can't rely on his best striker Castaignos, and the defense captain Bengtsson. Twente also look tired and blown out for weeks now, and they're not the shadow of a team they were in the first part of the championship, neither with their game nor their results.
    All crucial players have 30, 29, or 28 matches behind them, showing that Jansen couldn't rotate them, and the fatigue always brings the check at the end of the season. Twente only won two out of the last nine championship matches, and haven't won in the last five away matches, actually losing three of those.
    With all things considered, you get the image of how wrong the odds have been set on this match, and a big value on Breda not losing. We won't miss out on playing this one, and those more careful have decently paid options of home team not being defeated with two goals difference (about 1.50), and alternatives with the Asian handicaps. After the team was patiently built, they have become a solid team and have been really well lately. They have a run of seven games without a defeat and are on the verge of avoiding relegation. Lodeweges was the key of their success as his calmness and tactics brought huge progress to the club and the board wanted him to stay on, but he decided to a more financially powerful and ambitious Heerenveen this sumer.
    He decided not to hide this information and his life turned into a living hell - threats, insults, using the backdoor exit to avoid getting beaten up. He did the only reasonable thing and quit the job while his young assistant Henk de Jong became the manager who will lead the team to their away game in Utrecht. This would generally be a difficult game for Cambuur as Utrecht desperately need a win and their forwards have recovered, the recent events have left Cambuur's players disoriented. They were the worst away team in the league anyway and always defensively-minded so god knows how they might play today.
    But even if they play at the right level, Utrecht are the favorites to win this game and dictate the tempo. They should have a huge support from their fans as this will be the crucial game for them to avoid relegation. Their manager Wouters clearly stated that only a win will do for them and his decision to play with three forwards is an even clearer sign. In addition, Mulenga will be in reserve and his long injury was Utrecht's major handicap. Details

    A motivated and well rested team who will, if they win, basically confirm their position in the league next year, against a tired and mentally drained visiting team, who reached all their goals when they got into the cup final.
    Those are more than good reasons for opting for Den Haag this late in the season. The new coach Fraser completely transformed the team lately. Their first meting this season ended as 6-1 win for Zwolle, but I can't find any arguments that will make me opt for coach Jans' team, who will give some for his important starting like up players a break, and some are injured or can't play.
    Den Haag are not the same team they were when Zwolle beat them the first time late October, and that defeat can only serve them as additional motivation in this game. The home team will gain on creativity because play maker Holle will be back, which means the visiting team will have to try and defend and get at least a point.
    Besides, we have every right to doubt power and motivation at Zwolle, and since they lost three last away games, I think they'll lose another one in the capital. It will do nothing to ruin their season, which is already successful thanks to the cup final. There have been too many celebrations at Zwolle lately for this game to have any greater significance.     The situation is similar as in Grödig on Wednesday when we felt the game might be completely opened and it ended in a 6-0 triumph for the visitors, and I expect the same in Vienna today, at least in terms of strategy of both rivals.
    It's the end of the season, the decisive games are coming and there is no place for compromise, going for a point and parking the bus. Rapid are the second-placed team and they obviously want to stay second, while Sturm are going in for a stormy end of the season in which they hope they can get the fourth place. They don't have high chances but coach Milanič has a clear message about an offensive game and is coming to Vienna with an open guard.
    This actually suits Rapid as they struggled more against closed opponents than those willing to play attacking football and this is another factor supporting the open game with plenty of chances and goals on both ends. Coupled with the tradition and the magnitude of this rivalry, the bet for three or more goals is something you have to try. Details

    Grödig are a frequent fixture in our tips but unlike most of previous bets, I will not go against them, even though there are some factors to go for that option as well. The odds on Sturm not losing the game are not very good. It is my opinion that all three outcomes are very realistic here and the most probably thing to expect is an open game with no room for a cautious approach, which could results in many points. A win for Grödig would practically settle their sensational place in the Europa League in their debut season, while a win here is the last chance for Sturm to keep at least the minimal hopes of catching the fourth spot.
    Coach Milanič's message is very clear as he said his team is coming to dominate and attack, which means looking for the goals and for the win. After all, that is the way Sturm have been playing in last six away games and have scored a goal in each one, even two goals on two occasions. At the same time, defense is not the strong side of either team. Grödig have so far conceded 50 goals and Sturm have conceded 47 goals in 28 games and both teams are missing several important defenders.
    Their last game in Graz ended in 2-2 and a similar scenario is very much on the cards, especially in such situation in which a point would mean very little to the home team and absolutely nothing for the away team. The small stadium in Grödig is ideal for attacking football on both ends and 6 out of last 8 games saw at least three goals, and that's our option for this evening. Details

    Southampton lost to Tottenham home in their first head to head game this season, despite the fact Villas-Boas, an overrated and defense oriented coach, was leading the London-based club in that game.
    Tim Sherwood, who is offense oriented, replaced him, and that began to show as Tottenham started scoring more against the opponents who are also looking to outplay the opponent. Southampton are one of those teams, which is why we're inclined to believe that things will get exciting at White Hart Lane today, and that the teams will focus on scoring, not on conceding. Tottenham are defending position six, and have the chance to go after position five. They therefore need a win, while Southampton can hope for that position only if they win the three points today.
    Neither club is struggling with absences in offense, but the visiting team have problems with their defensive midfielders, which could make it easier for the opponent to create attempts. But, Southampton can fight back, they won't be just defending, and we can expect them to score at least one goal against the pretty worn-out home team, whose defense has proven to be insecure lately.
