I didn't plan on writing a tip for this game but I was completely shocked by the odds for an under in this game and there are several reasons. First of all, Olimpija have stopped being a punching bag against whom anyone can score 4-5 goals thus putting the game into an over. Secondly, Vienna and Olimpija are the teams that know each other well and have already played three times this season, going under each time with a single void when the game was played in Vienna. The only game in Ljubljana played so far (in Olimpija's punching bag period) ended in a 2-1 win by the Capitals. In addition, their last game six days ago ended with an identical result and Vienna won the game only in over-time after Olimpija took the lead. Vienna have the best defense in the league and I don't see how Olimpija can score more than two goals in this game, regardless of the fact that they're playing at home, especially considering that they failed to do so in their last 3 games. On the other hand, Vienna are nowhere near as efficient away as they are at home (where they are the best team in the league) and even though their offense has become more efficient lately. However, Olimpija lead by Jive Jan are very smart, disciplined and defensively-oriented and above all they have had a hard-working approach to the game throughout the season. In conclusion, Vienna have two unders in last two games for this margin, as do Olimpija that also have 3 unders and a void in last 5 games. Because of this bust mostly because of really high odds it is worth going for this under, bearing in mind that you could go for under 5.5 for a slightly smaller stake. Details

I've been observing the odds of over 2,00 for this game's under dropping all morning, and I think it's way too high. Beacuse, both teams are currently doing good, they're in high spirits following the recent wins, and they want to stay on track. Vancouver is traditionally 'the under team', one of the better ones in the NHL, with Minnesota or Montreal. Even the occasional hockey enthusiasts know that coach John Tortorella likes only tough defense oriented hockey. On the other hand, Colorado are the best visiting team in the West, or fifth r sixth best in the league - they've recorded 4 road wins in the last 5 games. Vancouver are doing better away than home as well. Each team have two great goalies. Varlamov and Luong don't need a lot of praise, and Cory Schneider and Giguere are doing great as well. They are the reason for Colorado's second best defense in the West, and third best in the league. The Canucks' defense is fifth best in the West and 13th best in the league. As for offense, Colorado's offense is only ninth best in the West and in the bottom part in the league, just as Vancouver's offense which is only to goals and two position better. Colorado are scoring three goals per game on average, and Vancouver around 2,5. Both teams currently have all the players at their disposal. Vancouver also have two unders in a row lately - in the last three games, one with getting the stake back. They have 6 unders in the last ten games at this margin. Colorado, on the other hand, have one push in the last game, two unders and two push bets in the last five games, and three unders and three push bets in the last ten. Those two teams should therefore play a game with less than 5 goals scored today. There are unusually high odds for it which is quite difficult to explain. Details

The base for this bet comes from a few facts that apply to this game only. First of all, VSV are the team in the best form currently in EBEL, they have eight consecutive wins, best offense and best power-play. Their game system is completely offense oriented. They have been scoring 9, 3, 4, 5, and 7 goals in the last few games, and they scored the least goals (3 and 4) to the best team of the league - Red Bull. VSV scored ten goals against Innsbruck in the last game, and Innsbruck are quality-vise much closer to Alba than Bikov. They scored seven against a much stronger Linz. VSV are the most efficient team in the league, they score over four goals per game, and concede almost three. Furthermore, Villach's goalie in this game will be a junior team member since both of their goalies are injured. First choice goalie Lamoreux got injured after the last game, and that's important since he is not only one of the best goalies in the league, but also one of the important links in Villach's defense, which has been doing very good for a while now. Besides, his substitute Hoeneckl is injured, and Mario Altmann, one of the best defensemen in the league and VSV's top 4 defenseman, will miss the second consecutive game. Without him, VSV already conceded three goals in Innsbruck in the last game. That is why Alba, who, truth be told, have one of the worst offenses in the league, can certainly manage to score more than their average 2,5 goals against VSV in this situation. Their defense won't stand a chance against VSV's offense and one of the best offensive lines with Ryan (scored four goals in the last game!), Pewal, and Hughes, despite conceding just over 3 goals per game on average. The final score of their last head to head game was 6-3 for VSV, which is significantly over these margins, even though the game took place in Villach. Details

Graz have been a disaster lately and their results show it. This is mostly because their offense is particularly poor for the past several reasons, although it wasn't much better at the start. But now they're in a crisis and with four defeats in a row and are very demoralized having dropped to 8th spot (they were in Top 6 until recently, but the defeat against KAC caused them to drop from 7th to 8th spot). Overall, Graz have barely scored 2.5 goals per game, that is 2.57 but they also concede a few goals as they have one of the best defenses in the league but are too defensively minded and rigid. In terms of roster, Graz has an enormous lack of talent in offense as apart from Kinasewich and Latendresse, they have no real shooters and offensive enthusiasts. Greg Day provides the assists, Labelle and Francis Lemiuex are constantly between injury and recovery, Lefbvre is not good, Kaspitz is out of form while Moderer, Woger and Zusevics are not playing well enough. And these are their top three offensive line-ups. Their defense is very defensively oriented and they have no defender that can score a goal ever since Sertich left while their form in recent games is perhaps the best example of how terrible their offense is. They lost their last game against KAC, having scored 0 goals in a very important game and the derby for the 7th spot. Before that, they lost against Boen 4-1 at home, 4-3 at Vienna and 3-1 at Alba. This means they have scored a goal at most in their last three out of four games while they have a 3-1 win against Znojmo and a 2-1 defeat against Red Bull. This means they rarely score over two goals, especially lately. And now they're facing the leader from Salzburg against whom they've already lost 2-1 at home and 5-0 away which means they haven't gone over the 2.5 goals margin in either game. In my opinion, going for this margin at 2.5 goals is a good option, especially considering the current form of Graz and the strength of Red Bull. The odds are too high to reflect the real state of things. Details

Innsbruck are currently the worst and Villach the best team in EBEL in terms of form. The Sharks have 10 defeats in their last 11 games and VSV have 7 wins in a row and the last two were against the league leaders Red Bull who have won 12 games before that and had a run of some 20 games without a defeat in regular time. In addition, Innsbruck will be missing their first-choice keeper Munro, who is also their best individual and the player who makes the difference. On the other hand, VSV have the best offense in the league, and two of the most efficient players - Hughes and Ryan, that constitute the most lethal first line in EBEL this season, along with Pewal. Villach are also the best team in powerplay and they deserve every praise for their offensive efficiency. I expect Innsbruck to be crushed heavily here as was the case in the last 2 games when VSV destroyed them by 6-2 away and 4-0 at home, despite being in a completely different form. Besides, VSV are a team that grinds their opponents into dust and doesn't settle for low-scoring wins. Details

Both teams are going into this game in a slightly worse atmosphere than usual, having suffered unusual defeats in their last game. The Kings were beaten by the decimated Calgary at home, while the Blues were defeated away by the strong Sharks team by a huge 6-3 result. However, these are too very good teams with great defense (the 3rd and the 2nd best defense in the West, 6th and 5th in the league), that have great goalies and rigid defensive approaches. The Kings have 5 consecutive unders for this margin and 8 in 10 (1 void). The Blues have a slightly different situation as they have had some overs lately, but it's mostly at home when they crush their opponents as usual. However, they have only 1 over in the last 5 games (vs. Sharks) and 2 unders and 2 voids. In the last 10 games, they have 3 unders and 3 voids for 5 goals while in the last 5 games they have 2 unders and voids for that margin. Both teams also have great goalies - the Kings have Ben Scrivens as currently one of the best goalies in the league with over 94 % saves in only 14 games (their first goalie Quick is injured). The Blues have great Elliott and Halak who have been the best duo in the past few seasons (award in 2012). They lead these teams and concede 1.5 goals per game (Scrivens) or 2 (Halak, Elliot). In addition, no team will want to risk the second defeat in a row and we are facing a tough play-off game. When it comes to play-offs, these teams did great in it as they played against each other last year in the first round. The Kings won then by 4-2 in the series, and three games from this series ended in 2-1, one ended in 1-0, and one ended in 3-2 after over-time, while only one game ended in 4-3 after 60 minutes, that is, in an over for this margin. I base this bet on the both teams' great defenses, more than anything else, and the fact that both teams played really difficult games yesterday, so now they're having a difficult back-to-back match. In yesterday's game, Bozen overpowered the strong and uncomfortable Znojmo at home, and Znojmo are the fourth best guest of the league. The result was 3-2, which means under 5.5. Viena kicked Innsbruck with 7-3, but it was an away game for a team that have been in a miserable shape lately. Innsbruck lost seven out of ten last games. So, chances that Vienna will repeat the game against Austria today, against the league's second best team, Bozen, are equal to zero. Also, Bozen have three consecutive wins, and are in a great shape, unlike the weak Innsbruck. They also have the third best defense of the league, right behind Vienna who have the best defense of the league since the beginning of EBEL, and the Red Bull. Also, Viena are complete, but tired from the last game, and from the trip to Bozen. But, two consecutive games in only 24 hours are never easy to play, especially not away, and especially not against the best team of the league, even if you are complete. Bozen have two absences in the starting team, and forwards, Marco Insamo and Sharp, both in top-six forwards. Bozen had an under in the last three games, while Vienna only had two in the last six games, since they came back from the national team break. But, this is their first back-to-back game, and against the strong opponent, like the Italians. So far, they went to over against weak teams like Innsbruck and Dornbirn, Znojmo and Linz and Graz, where they went over the margin with only one goal. Both teams' assets are their defenses, both teams play back-to-back, and both their goalies are among the best ones in the league with over 90% saves, Zaba is 3rd, and Hubl 10th. Details

First of all, KAC and Graz are fighting for the seventh spot, the one below the play-off spot and the importance of this game is huge. Klagenfurt have been desperately trying to show that they want to get into top 6 and so have Graz who have been in the upper echelons of the league and who are only 2 points away from sixth-placed Znojmo. Graz and KAC are only a point apart and several other facts speak in favour of this under 5.5. As far as KAC goes, they went under 5.5 in their last 3 games even though one was before the international break which is no longer relevant. But it is relevant that they will be without 2 of their best strikers Lundmark and Siklenka who have been suspended. In addition, their defense has been doing great while their offense is poor and injury-plagued. On the other hand, Graz are currently in a poor form with 3 defeats in a row. Their defense is still one of the best in the league, but 99ers are probably the only team in the league to have two goalies who are among the best in the EBEL league - Stefanszin and Sabourin and it's irrelevant which goalie plays. They are not in a great offensive form, and they scored 1, 3, 4, 1 goals in their last several games. In the last ound against against Bozen, a team similar to KAC, they went under 5.5 and they have 4 such unders in last 5 games. In addition, these teams have played two games this season, both times going under 5.5 as KAC won by 3-0 at home while Graz won by 1-0 in a game before that. The 99ers are also missing their best offensive player Lemieux, while Coulombe is also in doubt and KAC have Rene Swette between the sticks, the best keeper in Austria and a member of their national team that belongs to top tier goalies in EBEL, like Stefanszin and Sabourin. The odds over 2 for this bet with most bookmakers seems too much for me and you can find the best odds in William Hill, Expekt and Nordicbet. Details

I think this situation is even better than that under yesterday. Both teams played in Minnesota, St.Paul around Minneapolis, less than 24 hours ago, and now they're facing each other in Denver, almost 1,000 km away. Back-to-back games aren't easy for anyone, and especially not for the weakened Colorado who are without two of their six starting forwards, Stastny and Tanguay, while Duchene, the best player and forward of the team, plays injured. But, Colorado are in a relatively good shape despite all that, and don't lose games often. The credit for that should go to the great defense, because it doesn't matter to them whether the great Varlamov or Giguere, who's in a fantastic shape, are goal-tending, even though the Russian is obviously always a better option. It's similar with Wild, Harding and Backstrom are both top class and in the top of the league. The great thing about Minnesota is that they allow very few shots, only about 20 per game, and it's good for them that Colorado are a lot worse at home than in the away games, which both the table league and the statistics show. It's a plus for this under that Wild are missing Parise, the best forward of the team, and the USA national team player. Wild went under in the three out of last five games, and two in a row recently, while Colorado had one under and three voids on this margin in as many home games. Altogether, Avs have two unders and one void in the last three games, while Wild have four unders in a row on this margin. So, I expect at least a void here, even though this under might pass more easily and credibly than yesterday when it ended 3-1 for Avs in Minnesota. Details

The situation is quite clear - this is a clash between the two best defenses in the league (in the West especially). Colorado still have the best defense of the West, while Minnesota, other than the fact they typically play under because of the very strict orientation on defense, are the fifth best defense out of the 14 teams in the West. They are 9th best in the league. Besides, Colorado played under in the last two games, and lost the last one to the Blues 4-1. That's not coincidence because Colorado have a very good offense potential. But, they are currently struggling with injuries, of the forwards in particular. Their best forward Duchene is still not at his best level, he only just got back in the game against the Blues and performed badly. Well experienced Tanguay has been injured for a while and his absence is more than visible - Colorado started losing the games and positions in the table as soon as he got injured. Wilson and brilliant forward Strastny will miss the game as well. That leaves coach Roy with Landeskog and young and inexperienced MacKinnon. The situation with Minnesota isn't much different - they are under the 5 goal margin for 3 games in a row. Their best forward Parise is out and Mikko Koivu is mostly assisting and not scoring much. The question here is - who will score? Both teams are good home, and away (Colorado). Minnesota have two top level goalies at their disposal (Harding is second best in the league), while Varlamov, the best Russian goalie, is currently playing for Colorado. Minnesota scored only three filed goals in the last three games, one in the last two, while Colorado recorded one goal in each of the last two games. They are in serious problems offense vise due to all the injuries. That is why the five goal under with the possibility of getting your stake back is more than good. Details

This is the game between two best offenses in EBEL, but more importantly, between the two teams that do not care about defense at all. Villach's policy lately has been outscoring the opponents at all costs which is why they shipped 3 and 4 goals in the last 2 games and still won. Red Bull have built their 12-win run on the run and gun game even though they focus on defense a bit more than VSV and their defense is better. Back players for both teams are mostly offensively minded and both sets of defenses are based on great goalies, league's third and fourth best goalies, to be exact - Grančar and Lamoureaux. These are the teams that score over four goals per game on average (throughout the season), while VSV have scored 12 goals in their last 2 games. They have the best offensive line in the league with John Hughes and Derek Ryan and it would be a real wonder if they didn't score at least 3-4 goals against Red Bull. Since returning from the international break, they scored 5,7,4,6 and 7 goals while Red Bull scored 4,4,3,2, 5 and 7 goals in the same period. Both teams have a fantastic run and they will want to win, the Bulls as they have 12 wins in a row and are chasing KAC's record of 17 consecutive wins, and Villach because they have 5 wins in a row and have been playing some of the most beautiful hockey in this excellent form. Both games so far have gone over this margin and 1.90 for over 6.5 is a completely acceptable deal for this bet especially since this margin was surpassed by some extent in the last game. This was in Salzburg when the home team crushed VSV by 9-1. Details

Linz aren't doing great lately, they dropped from the very top of the league on to the very verge of the play off zone - they're currently in position six, which is very difficult to keep because of the pressure. The Black Wings have had two consecutive defeats in which, Ouzas in spite, they conceded 11 goals. They were also badly defeated by Villach and Red Bull, the teams they should be tied with. Besides, the Wings aren't as convincing home as they were - they lost twice in the last four games an they're no longer among the best home teams of the championship. To sum up, they got much worse in every aspect of the game, their power play is disastrous (at only 16% of efficiency), and that is precisely what they point out to be the biggest problem, as well as offense. But, I think defense is a much bigger problem, because it's no longer at the level at which it used to be, which is why Ouzas isn't among the best players of the league anymore. On the other hand, KAC might as well be the most motivated team in the league since they finally want to get to the play off zone. This is their chance, they are only 3 points short of Linz, and their play the next game home. Everyone in Austria know about KAC, the stories about the referees are quite famous. This team were the EBEL champions last year, and they already beat Linz once this season - it was 5-1, which would suggest they like playing against the Wings. They are currently in fine form, they are winning and playing consistently both away and home. KAC have more wins that losses in the last five home games, with the situation being opposite when it comes to the away games. However, both wins they recorded in the last five games happened in the last three of them. Furthermore, even when KAC losses, it's usually either a narrow defeat or they lose after extra time. They will most probably orient on defense in this game due to some offense problems they're experiencing. Swette, best Austrian goalie will be leading that defense, and I don't think that Linz, given their current state, can beat them in regulation time. That is why these odds on their double chance are way too high. Details

St. Louis and Minnesota are currently two best teams in the league in terms of form, and they are certainly the best teams in the West along with one or two teams like Anaheim. But, the Blues and the Wilds have great defenses unlike other top teams in the West, and St. Louis have the second best defense in the conference and third in the entire league as only Colorado and Boston have better defense. Minnesota's defense is fourth in the West and around no. 10 in the league. Both teams allow 2 goals on average and put much emphasis on defense, while St. Louis allow a much more offensive game. However, the Wilds are a strong and competitive team which is very much defense-oriented and I don't think there will be too many goals here. More importantly, it is the same which of the first two goalies starts for both teams. The Blues have great Halak and Elliot who had 34/35 saves last game, and this duo was the best goalie duo in the league two years ago. Minnesota have Harding, the second best goalie in the league at he moment, and Nicklas Backstrom who's returned from injury last game and got 35 saves straight away. However, Harding is under question for the Wilds as he suffered a minor injury before last game in Winnipeg. Anyway, this duel will be a real play-off game which will be decided by defensive performances. Since this is a derby without a clear favorite and the match for the third spot in the West (they are only a point apart), I thin the odds for this under at 1.95 are good (with possible void) as available in Marathon and Fonbet. I simply don't see this game having over 5 goals in regular time. And considering the arguments, the braver players might go for a draw in regular time. Details

I base my bet on the fact that the two games these two teams have played so far have gone under. They were both played in Minnesota and the Wildcats won by 2-1 on both occasions after long and hard games. Since the Wildcats are now facing an away game, and third one in a row in 6 days at that, the players will surely be very tired. But Minnesota have one of the best goalies in the league Josh Harding (93,9% defense so far, 1.48 goals per game), who is bound to be available to day since his alternative, Backstrom, is injured. Minnesota are stronger and have more quality than Winnipeg who are in poor form, especially in offense, and they have 2 defeats in a row. The Jets also have injury problems and they haven't been doing too well, while their offense has been so poor that their defender Dustin Byfuglien scored 3 important goals in their last few games. There defense is solid, especially if you know that Ondrej Pavelec is between the sticks, the keeper who has concede 2.5 goals per game this season, with a decent percentage of saves. Minnesota are not a team which grinds their opponents into dust an they usually win only by a single goal and they don't score a lot while Winnipeg are great at home, but are currently in a bad run and form. I don't see this game as something with more goals than their previous two, and should that happen, a void should be possible with this margin. In any case, this is a bet worth taking, while the braver ones can go for Mikko Koivu scoring a goal, since he scored 3 of Wild's 4 goals against the Jets. Plus, he decided Minnesota's last game against Ottawa which confirmed his great form. Details

Villach have regained their form in the past two games and the players themselves, like Pewal, say that the international break was necessary and came at a perfect time. VSV have come back rested and furious in the past two games, and the result was 13 goal scored in those 2 games. Both games saw 8 goals - 7-1 at home against Dornbirn, and 6-2 away against Innsbruck. And after the demolished them in Tirol, VSV are now playing against Innsbruck at home, and that Innsbruck is worse than Dornbirn. The Sharks are currently the team with the worst form in the league - they have 6 consecutive defeats and even the last-placed Olimpija are catching up with them. Innsbruck have nowhere to go, their defense is a disaster, they have no goalie and the only things that's good is their offense that the three line-ups they have, especially the one with brothers Donati. An over 6.5 should do, but since it also depends on slightly disastrous Innsbruck, I'd rather put my money on a convincing win by Villach. Details

Both Znojmo and Dornbirn played tough games which they lost a day before their head to head game. Znojmo, who are better, and who are currently doing better, lost to Graz narrowly at home (3-2), while Dornbirn lost the difficult away game against Vienna 5-3. They now have to travel for the most part of the night to get to Znojmo in the Czech Republic, and the players will definitely not be well-rested, especially considering all the injury problems they are struggling with - they virtually play with only three lines since the fourth one is made up of young players exclusively. Znojmo, who are in bad mood after losing yet another important game and who are no longer in the play off zone, are struggling with injuries as well - a few very important players are missing. When it comes to numbers, Znojmo have been under 6,5 last six games. They are not a particularly efficient team in general, they are doing better away than home, and their defense is fifth best in the league. On the other hand, Dornbirn, the way they are right now, can probably not score a lot of goals. Furthermore, despite being over in a few games recently, Dornbirn are scoring very few away. They managed to score three goals at the most in the last ten games, and the game on October 4th was the last in which they managed to score more than five goals away. It is certain that Dornbin won't be scoring a lot in the Czech Republic, and since I think they are tired and 'wounded', Znojmo, who are not a team that destroys their opponents, won't be able to destroy them greatly either. This bet therefore has a value, especially on a 6,5 margin. I'm ready to risk the possibility of extra time for a significantly higher wager. Details

The game between Graz and Alba should be an under since both teams are coming back from the international break and are not too rested. Alba are the axis of the Hungarian national team who had an international tournament at home while Graz have many players in the Austrian national team and they've had some injuries lately, along with Sertić's departure to Alba. In addition, Graz have one of the weakest and the most inefficient offenses in the league; apart from the clubs from the bottom, Olimpija and Innsbruck (only 51 goals in 20 games so far), which means a little bit more than 2 per game, and Alba have the identical score. However, Graz's defense is the second best in the league. Their system is closed, boring, rigid and defensively-oriented. In their hast H2H, just three rounds of EBEL ago, we had a tip for under 6.5 and it ended at 3-3, and Alba later won by 4-3, which means the bet went through. I don't see why it wouldn't go through again, in fact, due to all mentioned reason it should be even easier this time round. In their last games, both teams had solid unders. Graz's last games were 3-1, 2-1, 3-3 against Alba and nothing much has changed since. Before that, they had 1-2, 2-0, 3-3 against Innsbruck...This is six last games for Graz that went under, while their last over (at 5.5) was against Vienna on 10th October when the Caps won by 4-2. Their last over 6.5 was when they destroyed Innsbruck at home exactly a month ago. In addition, Graz have the third and the fourth best goalie of the league, Sabourin and Stefanszin, which means it won't matter much which one plays. Albe lost their last game by 6-3 and went over, but before that they had 13 consecutive unders at 6.5, and six of those went under 5.5. Apart from the last game, their last over was 21st September when Bozen beat them 5-2. For me, going under 5.5 is good for a smaller stake, and I don't see how under 6.5 shouldn't go through. Details

This game is the Austrian league derby match, but both teams are already tired and looking forward to the following international break. Graz lost Sertich, their best defenseman this season, which I think caused quite a shock with the team - they barely managed to beat Olimpija 2-1 in the last game. Every other team usually scores a lot more against them. Graz have had the third best defense in the league so far, and Linz are second best in that aspect of the game. This is therefore the clash between the second and the third best defenses. Their penalty killing is very close to that, and neither team's power play is particularly good. Graz are the best team in league on penalty killing, and neither are in top five when it comes to power play. Linz are usually doing horribly away, and Graz will have to do without Sertich now (in offense). Furthermore, Graz went under 6,5 in the last seven consecutive games, four of which were at 5,5. They went over last time against Innsbruck on October 13 (they won 6-2). They went under 6,5 in the last four home games, and three of those were well under 5,5. Linz are league's best home team, and unlike Graz, haven't got only good defense, but good offense as well. But, they're not doing well lately. The 99ers usually play horrible offense and great defense and have a good goalie. But, Linz went under 6,5 in the last four away games, once even under 5,5. They were sightly over in total lately but only because they played home and had good offense. Linz are a completely different team away. While being the best home team in the league, they are only eight best team when it comes to the away games. Graz have the best and the forth best goalie in the league (Sabourin and Stefanszin). Who will be on the goal thus makes no great difference, and Ouzas, who is third best, will be Linz's goalie today. This wager can be even 5,5 under, but definitely has the value and a great possibility to work at the margin of 6 or 6,5 goals in the game. Details

Colorado became the leading team of the league in their last game by beating Dallas 3-2 in extra time. According to coach Roy, their imperative is to stay on top of Western, but the whole league as well. To achieve that, they will need every win, as they are tied with the Sharks by points. After an away game in Texas, they are hosting the battered and not too strong Montreal. Although they are not a team to be kicked around, they can hardly win in Denver. The Avs are currently on a five win run, with 11 wins in 12 games this season, and Montreal are simply not a team that can end such a series. Both teams will be tired as this is a back-to-back game for both. However, the Canadiens will definitely be feeling it more, as they were defeated by Minnesota in St Paul in their last duel and have six standard players out with injuries. Among them Emelin is their top 4 back, while Pacioretty, Briere and Moen are top 6 attackers, and grinder Brandon Prust is missing as well. Although Montreal are not playing bad at all, they are coming from an away loss in their last game into an even more difficult away duel, as a back-to-back match. In my opinion, with this many injuries and issues, they can hardly get anything more than a point vs Colorado in Denver. Details

In the last three games Winnipeg had the total over/under of 2-1 with three goals. They haven't scored more than that ever since October 4 and their second game of the season. Moreover, it is questionable whether their best forward and player, the star of the team, Evander Kane, will be playing against the Blues because he has a slight knee injury. Lately, the team have been playing poorly so they went down to the position next to the last in the West. They haven't been playing well in home games and they had three defeats out of the total of four lost games playing home, whereas they were last defeated by Montreal with 0-3. They don't score or concede much, so in average they have less than 2.5 goals per game in both categories. Therefore, even an under could work in this game. However, the biggest problem here is the goalie Pavalec who is unreliable and could concede a lot of goals in a short period. This could particularly be the case since the tough St. Louis are coming to Manitoba. They have five wins in six games. The last one they played in Chicago against the current champions ended with a 3-2 score after the penalties. The Blues don't score many goals per game, only one to two on average, and they have been playing great lately. Even though they are going to be tired in Canada because this is going to be their second away game in a row, it is hard to believe that Winnipeg could score more than two goals against the amazing Halak, when the much tougher Chicago offense couldn't do it. Therefore, this bet definitely has its value. Details
