After getting knocked out of Champions League and the Cup, Szeget got focused on the championship. Their goal in the last games was to secure the win as early as possible. They had 17-12 home against Balaton, 18-12 against Vaci and 17-9 against Tatabanya on Wednesday. This is the last game before the clash with Veszprem and I expect Pasztor to took for a good game. Also, he will want them to settle it as soon as possible. Szeged had a few home games which they opened slowly during the season but their focus was partly on Cl back then. They covered this handicap even then and have the following against better opponents: Csurgo 16-7, Vaci 19-11 and 20-13, Balaton 20-15 and 17-12, 13-7 and 18-15 Tatabanya. They stayed on the margin in that Tatabanya game but they are better than Csurg (beat them in all four games of this season).

Csurgo are better than Vaci quality-wise, just below Tatabanya and above Balaton. They have 8-17 against Vezprem home and 11-18, while they had 7-16 after the first half. As for their home games with Szeged, they had a 14-12 lead after the first half but Szeged already secured the top spot in regular season before that game and had CL Roiund of 16 games with Kiel coming up. Csurg needed those points much more. When Szeged are focused on the championship, they had 17-9 after the first part away against Csurg. They had 7-13 against Balaton away and 9-16 and 16-15 against Tatabanya. If Szeged played at the right level, there should be no problems.
