A re-run of the last year's finals, a re-run of this year's cup finals, a clash of two best German teams who this season played in the Champions League. Dresden are the defending champions, but Stuttgart won't go down easily. Similar was in this year's cup finals which Dresden won with 15-10 in the fifth set. At this point Stuttgart have more confidence than then, on Wednesday they beat Schwerin in a visiting match with 3-0 and earned the finals, they're in good shape. This is a match in which they can be carefree. Last year's finals started with Dresden winning in the fifth set. Thus ended the third, determining match of the last year's finals, the second was 3-1 for Dresden and the only one which last year in the finals went into an over. This season Dresden won in the championship with 3-1 at home, but with a heavy over of 196 points. Stuttgart crushed them at home in three sets with 23 points of difference. In short, I expect Stuttgart will stand up to the champions, but I don't expect Dresden's 3-0 win, and the margin for the over is quite low. Two matches this season out of three it went into an over, in the third Stuttgart were the ones who didn't allow the over.
