The Czechs host the EC and this is their final test game open for public. They haven't done too well in test games so far, having lost to China and Latvia, to Slovakia by 22. They beat the Slovaks 62-51 the next day. Their top player Vaughn is now on the team. Five players from the EC of two years ago are here plus Vaughn. They say that they want to finish the test period properly. I don't expect any experiments today since they play Croatia again tomorrow but that game will be closed for public.
Croatia won't be at Euro basket so they use this chance to try out some new players. They played 3 games so far and lost all of them easily (-27 against Slovenia, -11 to Hungary and -60 to Hungary).
They are without all of the key players. I would go with higher stake if The Czechs were in better form. Croatia cannot stand up to teams like this and apart from the handicap, the team over for the Czechs is a good option as well.
