Dalmatia's only second league clubs without 15 players altogether

On last two occasions, Solin was defeated at home by the guests from Dugopolje

Solin is hosting a duel of Dalmatia's only Second league clubs. The rivals haven't had a good start of the championship, in the last four league rounds both Solin and Dugopolje achieved only one win. 

Solin was defeated in Rudes last Sunday, and their sporting director clearly emphasized: 

- It is obvious that some players are not doing what is expected of them! 

Solin is second to last on the league table and it is clear they need a win. But the guests want the same, and they have won on their last two visits to Solin. 

- I am an optimist for a reason after our good game against Rudes. I was a member of Dugopolje for some time and I know what kind of mood is created there before games against Solin.We need the points as a reward for everyone, because we are doing good work here and we do not deserve to be on the bottom of the table - said Mario Suljic, Solin's left winger.  

Coach Ivan Pudar has a lot of problems with absences, his biggest handicap is absence of a forward Poredski (scored against Rudes), who got a red card. But there are some injuries among the first team players, namely Pericic, Lagator, Obilinovic and Samardzic, who are unfit and will start the game on the bench. 

Dugopolje isn't complete, either, both teams altogether are missing 15 players. After two defeats, Dugopolje played against Sesvete in the last round, but there were no goals scored in the match.

- Solin are the favorites, they are playing on the home pitch, we are in a similar situation. We are hoping that the match will be a real sport competition, and may the better team win. We know each other well so I am hoping for a good and open game on both sides - said Dugopolje's coach, Josip Spanjic. 

The guests have high expectations for their first scorer Zuljevic, and their biggest handicap will be the absence of two wingers, Serdarusic and Tomas.

Both teams are missing a lot of players but Solin's problem lies in the fact that several of their players announced for this match are having injury problems. Dugopolje have won their last two duels in Solin and they last time they met was the tournament in Zmijavci this summer, when Dugopolje won 3-0. The Solin coach Ivan Pudar said then: Dugopolje are one of the candidates for the first league. A month or so have passed since, and things haven't changed much in these two clubs. Dugupolje are definitively not outsiders.
