Some of them already signed contracts with best Danish teams for the next season. The team is led by the Brasilian Jaqueline Anastacio, the best shooter of the season and potentially the player who will be the biggest problem for Viborg's defense. Both teams are aiming to finish among the top 3 teams and this match could play the crucial part of their final spots. Tertnes were a heavy favorite in head-to-head duels last season and would always went on to live up to the expectations. But, things changed this season as Tertnes acquired quite a few young players, while Oppsal got better and managed to win the first head-to-head after taking the lead very early on and keeping it up until the very end. There are a few interesting details regarding that game that could be important for this one. Middle back Duda and Kurtovic did not participated in the win with injuries and both are ready today. On the other hand, Tertnes are without Holgersen and Einarsdottir, both of whom played the first head-to-head. Einarsdottir was not first choice pivot and after she decided to terminate her contract after last round's match, left Tertnes with only one player at that position for today.

That position is only one aspect of the game in which Oppsala will have the upper hand. Vilde Ingstad scored 19 goals in the last games, proving she's at her best at the moment. There will also be left wing Suvdal, team's top scorer, alongside the aforementioned Duda and Kurtovic. The great injury struggles at Viborg are causing the odds at Metz to plummet, but Metz were never displaying stability throughout the whole 60 minutes of their CL group stage games and on top of that, aren't in good shape at the moment. I see the lack of productivity on Viborg's offensive end as a much better reason for a bet and that is what I base this tip around. Viborg have only three back players today, two wings and Balle, who will have her debut today. There will be three more players from youth ranks on the bench. Goal keepers Masson and Poulsen are top quality and I believe they will play the key roles in stopping Metz's offense. I think Viborg's problem with back positions gets even worse in Champions League, compared to the Danish championship since they cannot count on Visser, who joined late in 2014 because she already played CL this season with Leipzig. It means 6 players will spend 55 minutes on both ends of the floor. As good as the three back players are, that had to leave a trace. Metz will try and take advantage of Viborg's problems, but scoring more than 25 goals against Viborg, even with all the problems, is a tough task. The best option would be under at individual total goals at Viborg, but because of the limited offer, I'll go with total under, for which you can find 53.5 margin at the shops. Details

In the first two, first Skrim defeated Byasen 35-32 in the championship, then only a few days later, Byasen got even and won in the round of 16 of the Norwegian cup, 38-32. I think this time won't be different, and we'll see over 60 goals total again.
Byasen are the second most efficient team in the championship, Skrim are the fourth. They're also the worst with the number of conceded goals. Byasen lead with 29.5 goals per game, Skrim are third with 28. A duel between offensively oriented teams with no stability in the defense. Skrim play with very fast and short offenses. Their best scorer is also the best scorer of the league, with 100 goals scored.
Another thing in Byasen's favor is that in the last match against Oppsala, they played without two starting players, the left back Emilia Artnuten who had back pain, and the forward Gunderson who had a minor sickness. Both are ready today, and they're the two most efficient players in Byasen, who scored 32 goals combined against Skrim in those two aforementioned matches. Details

Odense conceded over 30 goals to Holstebro twice this season. Holstebro's style does not suit them, they struggle with teams that push fast transition, and results from this season are no coincidence, as the previous seasons suggest. Holstebro have regularly scored over 30 goals in head-to-head matches, but Odense were quite productive as well. In both head-to-head matches this season, one Cup and one league game, Odense didn't have their top scorer Maria Adler. She will be the leader of Odense's offense and we should expect them at least 5-6 goals above the margin from the first two matches. Holstebro are very good in offense lately, they run from start to finish and are capable of punishing each and every opponents' shortcoming. This margin is definitely worth the stake. Details

Besiktas are second to last in the table, with only two wins so far in the season. But, don't be fooled by it. They paid the price to getting the team together too late and started with only one foreigner on the team, who couldn't adapt to the new club to leave after only a month. Besiktas got better after two foreigners joined in December and when Starcevic from Maribor joined a week ago. She recorded 22 points in her debut against Galatasaray to prove she will be a great signing. Besiktas got a point even tough Galatasaray were heavy favorites (2-3) and even managed to get close to winning.

Besiktas lost the first head-to-head to Idman this season, but thigns have changed greatly since then and they are now very much capable of standing up to good-quality players at Idman. Besiktas are on a five-match winning run, but never lost in straight sets and the last two only after a five-set battle.They were better when it came to service in all matches this year and brought their reception errors to a minimum. That is something that could get them more than two sets today. Besiktas' win is worth going for too with lower stake. Details

Buducnost are the team that want the European title this season and is for now sailing through to their goal. Dinamo are the team that don't know whether they will finish this Champions League season. Not only are their finances questionable, the very form is a problem too. They have two defeats and one draw in the Russian championship in 2015, with the one good-quality half in Rostov being the only light in the dark. Dinamo have much shorter roster and the coach mostly goes with the same 8 players. Sedoykina does not have a proper substitute and when she's having a bad day, Rostov problems become even bigger.

And all of that is not enough when faced with the well-oiled machine from Podgorica. Adzic prepared the team well for the second part of the season, making up for the lack of good domestic championship game with Regional league meetings. Almost all of Podgorica's players get a chance in the games and proved that the team is at least at the level from late November last year. They beat Krim easily for the second time in Regional League (35-24). Dinamo struggled greatly against Krim in CL group stage. They lost home and won in Ljubljana, with both matches ending in goal-difference of one or two. When talking about group stage, it seems like Dinamo had it much easier in terms of opponents and that they are now for first real European test. Details

This margin is too high when Midtjylland are concerned, even against a team with the best two scorers of the league right now. Midtjylland play great defense and have many defensive specialist stars on their team. Goalkeeper Englert has been the best goalie in the ideal team of the round for three rounds straight. They've stopped way more efficient and rounded up offenses in their last four games, and have averaged exactly 20 goals conceded during that period, which is their season average as well. They won the first match of these too earlier this season by 9 goals, leaving Silkeborg at 19. Silkeborg may be playing much better now, but Midtjylland are also in peak form. If Midtjylland are the ones dictating the tempo, and the conditions are met for that to happen, it's hard to expect a match at over 50 goals. Some online bookmakers offer even a margin of 53.5. Lada are in the third spot and Rostov top table and given their current form, this game could be regarded as the league derby match. Lada are on a 9-game winning run, while Rostov remain undefeated this season, with only one draw in 14 rounds. The odds are great at Rostov's win and we should take advantage of them today and here's why:

Lada are overrated in this match after displaying many shortcomings in the first part of the season and losing all 4 matches with 'the big 4'. They took advantage of other teams' problems to beat them and most importantly, had the complete team during the international break for another round of practice session. But I think the team that lost 11 players last summer and that is lead by back players who are in Russian national team youth ranks can't win today.

Rostov have by far the best roster in Russia and want to win the title this year. 9 players from this team participated in the EC late last year, 5 as Russian players, two for Ukraine, and top Ukraine's player Makarova, who couldn't participate at the EC following her decision to become a Russian citizen. Shymkute missed most part of the season and the first head-to-head match that Rostov won 32-25 and will not play today either. The odds at Rostov winning were 1.20 in the first game and those set today definitely have value. Details

Nykombing conceded 32 goals to both Silkeborg and Randers in the last two games and I don't see a reason to not believe in Esbjerg who have the best offense in the Danish league. Esbjerg will be just as efficient today or even better. Estevana Polman, last season's top scorer is leading their attack. Two great right backs Heijden and Bjorndalen are there too. Nykobing are having injury struggles at this moment, with only 8 players to count on, which disables them from keeping up with opponents' fast transition and sees them concede a lot of goals. Handicap at Esbjerg is a good option as well but Esbjerg will need at least 29-30 goals to go over that margin, which is why I'm going with the individual total at Esbjerg that is available mostly with online bookies (marathon, unibet, 888sport, betcity). Only two points difference between these two on the league table, Halden next to last that takes them to the second league, Storhamar only one place ahead of the place that leads to the relegation zone. But, Storhamar have a much better potential than that. They're in a mini result-crisis, got three consecutive defeats since the New Year, two at home against Byasen and Tertnes, the last one was a bit expected since they played against the second-placed Glassverket. Things are alarming, they can't afford a new blunder, especially when they play at home. The players surely didn't forget how to play, the bad results are blamed on the pyschological moment. They're a team with two players who won gold for Norway at the last EC, Betina Riegeluth and Maja Jakobsen. Riegeluth was one of the pleasant surprises with 16 goals. Lise Binger and Linn Birkeland, one of the best duos of this year's championship, are playing the wing. Compared to Halden, they've got better names for every position.
Storhamar defeated Halden by six (29-23) by the end of September in an away match, a match that was one-way since the very beginning when Storhamar lead by eight. Martine Hovden didn't play for Storhamar then, and she does today, which is another advantage for the home team. They need to win to get away from the dangerous zone and continue the season calmer, and Halden are an ideal opponent for that. A team with five consecutive defeats in the championship, only one with the difference smaller than the margin set for the handicap in this match. Details

Holstebro's coach points out the physically dominant defense of the home team, but also knows his team has the potential to disturb it, and will not repeat the mistakes from the game against Midtjylland. He has quick, creative players in Kristina Kristiansen and Larke Moller who've made Holstebro a team with one of the quickest transition game this season, and with them is also Sweden's Hagman, who is performing great lately and can follow that transition, scoring from both right side positions on the court. Aarhus are looking to outscore opponents in home games against big teams, so they played at 58 against leading Esbjerg, 52 against Viborg where the total was 29 after the first half. In the first previous match these played this season the halftime was at 30, with a tendency to get close to 55. Compared to then, Aarhus will now have Mette Tranborg at right back, a Danish national team member and one of the most promising players they have at this position, which makes the home team's offense with Okkels and Line Uno a much stronger option. Silkeborg hosted two teams out of the first four this season, lost both times, but the point is that in both, they went over the margin offered today. 53 goals against Esbjerg, and 56 against Holstebro, Viborg's got the second best offense in the league, and we can expect them to be as efficient as the two just mentioned. What I expect Silkeborg to do is to try and surprise Viborg with their short rotation where only eight players play both ways for the whole 60 minutes. Like that, they can only score in fast transitions, something that was a problem for Viborg in the last two matches against Skive, who scored 26 against them, and they also conceded 25 against Aarhus. Silkeborg have two out of three best scorers in the championship, and that's another thing that makes me believe this match will go over the margin, for at least two goals. Details

When it comes to Skive, I cannot resist the numbers that suggest Skive are a team that concedes more goals than any other. They are the only team in the league with over 400 goals conceded, averaging 30 per game. Just like last season, they put much more focus on the offensive end. They had a player who pushed fast transition last season, and now have Jurisic and Haugsted to do that. Both of them score 15 games on average per game. The shortcomings on the defensive end got even more obvious this season, which are mostly happening as a consequence of poor-performing goal-keepers as one of the weakest links in defense. Odense are capable of playing good-quality defense, but we can assume that the home team will set the pace that suits them and that will give Odense a great chance for an attempt to outrun them. They ended the first head-to-head match of the season with 60 goals, two of their last season matches went over this margin, and I expect another one with at least 55 goals. Details

Leipzig and Thuringer meet tonight to play the first of the four derby matches set to be played until season's end. Thuringer are undefeated this season, they have total of 10 wins in ten rounds while Leipzig failed three times in 11 rounds. The last time they beat the visitors was more than two years ago and Thurdinger recorded 8 consecutive head-to-head wins since then, with the point difference always being at least 4 goals.

There's a number of reasons for me to believe Thuringer will continue their winning streak. Unliek the first part of the season, they can't count only n Frey and Luzumova, who missed the whole season anyway. Their form is very close to being perfect, and their three wins after the break very convincing. On the other hand, Leipzig are forced to do without Lederer and Atladottir and without key play maker Lang as of the break. They are also without Visser, which left the organizing to Hubinger. The last match of the year they played with Blomberg was a struggle and the first one in the next year a defeat to Odenburg that prevented them from qualifying to Cup final tournament. After that, Leipzig went to beat Fuchse (barely) and then the injury-hit Bietigheim.
The timing is not ideal and the form at the home team either. I expect Thuringen to win by at least 2-3 goals more than the handicap margin. Details

We have the odds that suggest Azarrail are the great favorite only because they play a much better-known team from Azerbaijan. The quality-difference between the two leagues is massive but the teams are quite close when it comes to quality. All the players at Stod are internationals, they did the tournaments in France and Poland in September and October and in none of the matches lost in straight sets, recording equal number of wins and losses. They beat Sliedrech and Kamnik in Eurocup, losing only two sets in four matches.

Azarrail are in spot five in the championship, but they won only one match in the last 8 rounds and lost to Azeryol, Rabita, and Lokomotiv Baku.Their coach is prone to making key mistakes during the matches and they are much worse in away games. It's therefore not surprising that they barely made it into this round. The sets handicap is worth going for, and Stod's win has value too with lower stake. Details

As next to last in the league, Koblenz changed their coach last month. Their new coach Dinčić got only three practice sessions prior to meeting the defending champions Thuringer, and had not chance against them. This week he was officially presented to the media, and said he will work on changing the attitude on defense and with some players whose attitude did not match their quality. What he was aiming at was, in essence, a serious commitment to defense, backed up by return of first goalie Branka Zec who missed the last game, and a calm offense without fumbles. Scoring is a big issue for them as it is, as they're second least scoring team with 24.5 per game.
The favored Buxtehuder on the other hand can be expected to score much less due to injury issues. They're missing captain Isabella Klein, Jana Podpolinski and Friederike Gubernatis, who combined for 65 goals in the championship prior to the break, with Gubernatis being their third best scorer. Earlier this month they reactivated 37-year old Stefanie Melbeck after two years. In her premiere against Oldenburg she played little, but against Leverkusen in the cup match she played full time and was the best player of the game. Due to a limited rotation, all players play both sides, which should take it's toll in the long run, especially on offense. They might struggle with their rotation even more today, as they' might be missing center back Randy Bulau who missed last two practice sessions, while picker Ulrika Agren did not even practice since the Leverkusen match due to tendon issues. In summation, in a duel between a home team in dire need of points and an away team with a wounded roster and limited resources, playing on at least 2-3 goals below the margin has value. Details

Nilufer finished first part of the season in spot 4, which is better then Galatasaray. Their 7 wins after 11 rounds suggest that the 4th spot is no coincidence. Against leading Vakifbanka and Fenerbahce Nilufer got one set, they beat Galatasaray 3-1 and lost the first head-to-head match with Eczacibasi 2-3. The fact is, Nilufer have three great foreigners on the team (Herrera, Nizetich, and Ruseva) and some very talented Turkish players capable of standing up to well-experienced Eczacibasi.
Eczacibasi can count only on three foreigners in this match. Larson, Poljak, and Furst played the first head-to-head match and De La Cruz might step in Furst today, which will affect their block and offense quality. The home team play a much more important match with Volero Zuric on Tuesday and I see that as another reason for Niulfer to win at least one set today. Details

If there is a team that can regret the fact they had to go on a championship break, it's Metzingen. They were on a 7-game winning run until 19.11. (five championship games, two Cup games) even managing to beat the runnerup Leipzig away. Five of their players were not with the team for almost a month. All the back players were with their respective national teams, which resulted in Metzingen losing two games after the break. The second defeat was bad because the coach saw they were going to lose and used the second half to give all of his players a chance. A few days before that second match (Thuringen, 22-34) the club announced that their top player Minevskaya is o join Leipzing at season's end, which left some doubt about her motivation. She said she will do her best regardless and went on to prove by seven goals against Thuringer.
The odds are influenced by Matzingen's two bad performances and we should take advantage of it. It's a well-experienced team whose starting lineup is made of national team players, they're one of the favorites for two top spots in the league and they need to confirm that the results before the break weren't a coincidence. They beat them here last year with a much weaker team and I believe they will be able to win today, at least by one goal. Details
