Both teams in fine form

Toronto recorded five straight wins and they are fighting for the best possible position in the play-off, while Orlando are developing young players, and Payton is doing especially well, he recorded 4 triple-doubles in the last 10 games

The Raptors are still on a good run, they have recorded 5 wins. These wins solidified them in the 4th position in the East, and third-placed Wizards are only one win ahead of them. They recorded their last win at Dallas, 94-86, and they did most of the work in the first half. 

At times they were in the lead by 16 points, at halftime by 10. In the second half they had some minor problems, so the Mavs came only three points behind them, but they did not allow them a comeback, and in the end recorded a valuable win. 

DeMar Rozan and Serge Ibaka led them toward the win, they scored 18 points each, and were their only starters i double digits. Tucker and Valanciunas scored 9 points each, while Joseph scored 8 points with 7 assists.

Their last win was over the Pistons, 115-87, and Payton led them toward it with a triple-double. The key reason for their good performances in the latest games is use of a shorter lineup, and Payton has been using that well. 

He recorded 14 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists against the Pistons, which was his fourth triple-double in the last 10 games. 

- He scored in one-on-one situations in the paint, and he also believed in his teammates and passed the ball, and added great energy in rebounds. He was great and he has been in excellent form in the past five weeks - coach Vogel praised Payton, and then commented on the game:

- This was our best game of the season. It is important for these young players to understand the right way to play and to find chemistry for next season.
