On the other hand, Stranraer are on a five game losing run, three of which were at home, and all were by at least 2 goals ( three were lost by 3 goals). They concede a lot so their average in those five games is 3.4 conceded goals per game. Last year, when they needed points to advance in the group against Motherwell and Rangers, they lost 3-0.
Considering all this, I believe the home team will have a strong start, like their coach announced, they want to decide the winner soon, so their players wouldn't get nervous. Considering the home team will send out their top team, while the visitors will send out a changed and rather young lineup, the quality is on their side, by far. They will be motivated, and the away team are perfect for a win at a higher margin and for lifting their confidence ahead of the play-off. Anything but Partick's win by at least 3-4 goals would be a surprise for me.
I will bet on the -2.0 handicap where my stakes would return if they win by two, and in my opinion the difference should be even bigger.
