    I don't want to get into predicting who are the better team in this game, because there is an obvious small advantage for France, but the number of goals bet seems great to me. With a glance at their head-to-heads we can see that there were 18 goals in 9 games. But if we leave out the games from 2001 and 2002 which ended 3-1 and 3-0 for Norway, we are left with only 11 goals in the last 7 games, and the last two relevant games, also in France, ended with France winning 1-0. If we take into consideration France's games, we can see that in the last year they recorded some tough results: Canada 0-1 (N. 4), Brazil 1-1 (H, 8), Spain 1-0 (H, 13), England 0-0 (!, 5), 2-1 (N, 5), Netherlands (2-1, 12), China 3-0 (H, 14). On the other side, since the Swede took over the Norwegian bench, Norway have only two overs on this margin in 8 games (2,5). Norway defeated Sweden 2-1 (H, 9th team in FIFA ranking), England 1-0 (A, 5), Portugal 2-0 (A, 38) and Switzerland 2-1 (H, 17), drew against Iceland 1-1 (N, 19) and lost to Spain 0-3 (N, 13), Japan 0-2 (N 6), and USA 0-1 (H, 1). Considering the importance of the game, French playing style, they are practicing a defensive formation (4-5-1) for the EC, and the fact that everyone want the best possible result in games like these because of the atmosphere, I believe that we will not see many chances in this game. Belgium had one shot to which Bouhaddi had to react. That means their defense is playing great and that this prediction deserves high stakes. Details

    Nurnberg should record another easy win against their fourth-tier opponents. They were more than convincing in the first 4 test games. They beat Schwabach 5-0, Eichstatt 2-1, Bohemians from the Czech Republic 4-0 and Eintracht, who played the 5th division 9-0. In the last 17 friendly matches over the past 2 years, they have 15 wins, one defeat and a draw. They beat teams Swiss top division team Sion, Hungarian top division team Ujpest and German top division team Darmstadt. Garching played two test games. They lost the first one to Unterfohring 4-1 and beat Moosach 6-3 in the second. They conceded 3 goals in one half to such weak opponents (the odds at Garching winning was 1,01 in that match). If Nurnberg approach this like the last 4 test games, they will win. Another good thing here is the young forward Zrelek being on the team. He should be extra motivated to display all of his quality in the very first match. He scored 25 goals and has 12 assists in the Slovakian top league. He already scored for their A team too. Details

    Berlocq has been demolishing all players outside the Top 100 on clay this year, and Satral is on a bad run caused by right shoulder injury. The Argentinian could cover this in normal circumstances, but this way he must. He only has 12-10 on clay this season, but the record is misleading since he only played at the ATP level. None of those 10 defeats were a slip-up. We can see that from the odds, and the fact that his record against players outside the Top 100 on clay this season is 7-1. He only lost to Pella who also reaches ATP finals. These seven wins were in straight sets, and in the brackets I will put by how many games he won: Sandgen (6), Arnaboldi (7), Giraldo (9), Ymer (4), Carballes (7), Rublev (7), Kovalik (4). Satral is capable and there is no point in hiding that. He is not in the Top 150 by accident, six positions away from career best ranking. Last year he defeated Haase and Bedene at one tournament, Kamke and Brands at another. He won a set against Almagro, defeated Fucsovic. Based on those results, I would not even go for Berlocq's win here, but something is happening. And has to do with an injury. At the last three challengers he lost by 7 to Ruud, ROla and Bonzi. Last week he won 5 games against Bonzi at Marburg, where he was defending the title. Right after that he withdrew from the doubles because of a right shoulder injury. I think it is logical to connect those heavy defeats with the shoulder injury, even though I cannot find Satral's statement about that. I decided for the handicap. Berlocq has 39-16 on clay this and last season in covering -4.5 handicap, which are great odds considering he faced some players better than Satral. The numbers are not so good at -5.5, but I think that would pass as well. If Satral lost by 7 to Bonzi, Ruud and Rola, with a problematic shoulder, then he can also lose to Berlocq who has the pit-bull approach to matches. Details
