    I think these two teams are very similar, but the youth at Nice have more potential. On top of that, they're playing home, and the visiting team have to do without some important players. I simply don't understand how it's possibly that they both have the same chance.

    We thought Ried wouldn't lose to Salzburg by 2 in the last round, but with void if they do, and that's what happened, Salzburg scored for 2-0 in the last moments of the injury time, with Ried goalie's big mistake. That pick had the base to pass, because Ried dealt with the championship well, but was too scared to take more risks in the offense.
    Well, that's football, big teams know how to play with small teams even when they resist well, but Ried have a chance to fix that against a much weaker opponent, Admira, who haven't defeated them since 2003. Makes sense to expect Ried to try and make up by winning, to confirm their seasons-long status of a great home team. When coach Glasner came, Ried turned into an extremely offensive team charging from the first minute, and that's probably what will happen against Admira who play at the back and tries to get counters in away matches. But, seven of Admira's players are missing, all of them are in the starting team, or serious candidates for the first eleven. It's a big handicap for coach Knaller who'll have to rotate a lot, and he says his team aren't as ready as they were last season, when they started badly, and Knaller came as a third coach, putting things to their place. Admira lost Schwab in the transfer window, a great loss, and it will obviously take time for them to start playing well.
    Ried are complete, and super motivated after the defeats against Rapid and Salzburg, two best clubs in the league that represent Austria in European competitions. Add to that Admira's terrifying tradition of failure against them, Ried's win is a good attempt for betting, with a likely option of a bigger number of goals, which were plentiful in their last couple of duels.     After a match between UAE and Italy, it's obvious why UAE got away better than they expected, and they lost with 89 points difference. Their team don't have the knowledge or the athletic abilities to play serious basketball. It seems like they're just learning how to play, and still didn't figure out all the basics. The Italians weren't aggressive, there was no need. UAE are mostly 16 year olds, some 15 year olds, with no experience in competitions like these, and maybe nobody worked with them seriously, either. The Spaniards lost to the decent Porto Rico, so they won't lack motivation now. When it comes to quality, Spain are better than Italy. They're European cadet champions, in full lineup, and they always go all the way. In preparation period, they defeated Egypt 111-59, +52 points, and Egypt are a bit better than UAE. They also crushed Lebanon 113-28, that's +85 difference, and the same Lebanon defeated UAE. Even though this margin is huge, the difference in quality is huge as well, and if they lost to the Italians yesterday by about 90, there's no reason why they wouldn't do the same against the Spaniards.     Hats off to the Dominicans for the win and a big comeback yesterday against Turkey, but the general impression is that the win is more a result of the bad approach, lack of desire and lost focus of the home team, especially after first two sets the Turkish team won. Today, they're playing against Germany, who had two wins with no lost sets, a team with far better and more organized defensive and a very functional block, Serbia, two elements missing in the Dominicans' game, and those elements are great in Germans, plus the offensive service which constantly gave the Serbian reception problems yesterday. A big number of mistakes is characteristic for the Dominican team, as well as their inconsistency, something the German coach Guidetti will definitely try to use. Guidetti mentioned his team great work in the past five days in Ankara, and his team has some advantage here when it comes to time slots for practices, as well as the support from the media and the audience. Germany defeated Dominican Republic two months ago, basically when the preparation started for this season, and they didn't lose a set, so the best that the Dominicans can do today is to perhaps win one set. He barely beat Russell, saved six break points in the first set, and lost it in the end against Dodig. Dodig had the chance to win, but Ferrer somehow managed to get through. Allegedly, a part of his elbow bone is chipped. His performances so far shouldn't do against Federer. The Swiss did failed to use 10 break points against Cilic, but Cilic is a great server. Ferrer allowed the opponents 25 break-points in two matches, but this time around, the opponent is much better. Federer should be able to record a convincing win.
